The team we had from Ignite Gas Heating Ltd were an excellent team. From the time we phoned to have someone to come out and check about installing the boiler to getting a quote and then them coming out to installing the boiler was only a week. The team worked really hard and after it was installed went over everything with me and my husband. They also took the old boiler away, and cleared up after themselves.

Excellent professional work. Communication was excellent and so was the standard of work.

The guys travelled for 4 hours and got on with their job straight away. Worked hard as a team, polite and friendly and cleaned up after themselves. Communicated with me throughout the day about various things, like where the new boiler would be positioned compared to the old one, and would that be ok etc. A quick lunch unlike some tradesmen and back on with the job. I did not see a team come to fit a new boiler but just one lone engineer who did an excellent job. He was well organised and to my liking was equivalent to a whole team doing the same job.

For over a week I have been contacting various companies about installing a new Boiler that I purchase, one or two said they would; call me back but never did. others made appointments to come and see the work that had to be done but no show, one call me 3 Hours after he was meant to have turned up, to say he was on the way.

One thing the above people had in common they were all trying to sell me a boiler that they would then Install

The next Day I got a call from a Gentleman who wanted a bit more details on what was to be done, on giving him the information he said he would have the work done and gave a price. I was concerned about the Distance that they would be coming form, but on reading the reviews written by others, my mind was made up within a couple of Minutes.

Two days later 2 Engineers from the Boiler team turned up as arrange, (Chris and Lewis).

These Guys were absolutely Brilliant from start to finish, the only time they stopped was to tell me what was going to happen next (2 times)

The work was completed to a very High Standard and at lease 3 Hours quicker than expected, the price was also great, they then cleaned up what little mess they had made, and helped to unblocked a sink that was giving me trouble.

To any one considering having a boiler Fitted, then I would say you should give the Boiler Team a call, trust me they really are that Good.

Effortless and stress-free from start to finish. Highly recommend

Paul turned up at 8:30 on a Saturday morning to change our boiler to a combi boiler, very professional, very tidy had the whole job completed by 4pm ( I don't think he even stopped for a break !). Nothing was too much trouble for him , he answered all the questions I asked him and was very helpful.

Very helpful and explained all. Carried out an expert job and did a thorough clean up afterwards. Well done

Very quick service, from the date of enquiry to installation it was 10 days. The surveyor was very polite and explained a very thing well. The three fitters were very professional and fast at their work. Excellent problem solvers, and cleaned up after themselves. The fitters explained how to use the boiler and made sure I understood everything before they left.

A quick and efficient service provided in the installation of my replacement boiler, I would have no hesitation in recommending the team who installed my boiler to anyone.
