Be extremely cautious of dealing with Boiler Team London Ltd company number 09812691 and Craig Thomas. Their work is appalling. It was described by an engineer who put right some of the defects in their work as dangerous and the worst installation he had seen. They do not respond to calls or emails. Craig Thomas does not appear to be registered with Gas Safe. The company appears likely to be struck off in early December - see Companies House.

Very efficient, polite and hard-working

External System boiler installation in Ammanford area - The installation was done to a high standard, the installer was punctual, clean and tidy with an excellent work standard (i.e. Excellent pipe work and soldering). Job included removal of old internal boiler. Financial package offered and taken was excellent with Hitachi Finance (0% interest). Very pleased, recommend highly!

The boiler/installation team were fantastic!

They understood I needed to get the school run out of the way so didn’t turn up too early, they were knowledgeable and explained everything to me.

They were model professionals to the point where they insisted on taking their shoes off every time they came in - I told them every time not to worry.

I wish every fitter, tradesman or professional could take a leaf out of these guys book!

These people installed a Weissman boiler in April 2017. Boiler developed a leak in December due to a seal that had been 'pinched'. It was a week before Christmas. Repeated calls to them with no response. I was without heating & running water until 30/12/17 & had to use my home insurance to repair the seal. THEY NEVER RESPONDED TO MY CALLS. It gets worse, I asked them to replace my shower which they said could be done. Two guys came from London to Reading to do the job. These guys did not provide me with the part p certificate of installation. I went to ELECSA who told me they were not registered with them. I have still not got the part p. I had to chase Boiler team to supply me with the certificate of installation for the boiler & had to go to Gas Safe at Basingstoke to raise a complaint against them. I got the certificate dated 06/02/2018 ( 10 months after installation) This certificate of installation by a registered gas fitter is required by Reading Borough Council Building control. Very unhappy with this outfit. I should have used a local gas installer .You live & learn. Be very aware.

Came to our property (in Shropshire) less than 24hours of the initial call for a brand new boiler fitting.
Prompt and curteous gents despite me being a bit of a morning grouch and having a “diva moment”!
The Zanussi boiler was installed in less than 3 hours, radiators were flushed and checked and all areas were left clean and tidy before the simple paperwork was completed and certificates issued.
Now We have a nice toasty house plus running hot water (we haven’t used the hot tap for approx 3 years) and I couldn’t be more happy.
Excellent service from the initial call to the completion of the work.
Couldn’t fault them whatsoever.

I would highly recommend this company, they were very professional and very clean and tidy, i didnt know they had been here. They were very puctural with time keeping and very quick in getting started on taking the old boiler off, all new pipes from the new boiler very neat and tidy. Again i would highly recommend this company.

Colin Selway, the engineer that fitted our boiler was first class, did a good clean job and explained everything very well, would recommend

The sales team was good but the engineer who come and installed the boiler and the radiator was “ EXCELLENT “ they have showed to us how to use the boiler , they left our house clean and tidy .

A very professional and competent service from the initial survey through to the fitting and commissioning of the new boiler. The team who carried out the work were first class, polite and cheerful throughout. The work started and completed on time and all work areas were left in a clean state.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone looking for a new boiler.
