Amazing from start to finish
Amazing from start to finish. I had so much help in choosing what was right for my house in terms of boiler type and size. A home survey was carried out within 3 days of my contacting boiler base. The engineer arrived on time and was so knowledgeable and helpful. We arranged a date for installation, the team arrived on time, made sure my house had minimal disruption and worked so hard all day. They cleaned up so well you wouldn't even know they had been. Can't recommend them highly enough, and their quote was the best I had.

No hot water
No hot water cos the combi boiler was playing up. So got Boiler Base in to fix it. Total satisfaction with the job they have done and very impressed with the service provided. Will be recommending these to my family and friends.

Boiler base was brilliant
I used boiler base to get my boiler replaced and from start to finish the experience was easy going and straight forward. I found that they were honest and gave me the best quote than other companies I tried. When the engineers came to my house they were very polite and always made sure they tidied up after themselves. They came at the time and day they said they were going to arrive. I would definitely use boiler base again and recommend them to my friends and family!

I can’t thank the staff at Boiler Base enough. From start to finish the process has been as easy and fast as a hot knife through butter. My home needed a new full heating system and having already completed most of the renovation I was worried about the potential mess post installation, however I can honestly say they are the cleanest politest tradesmen I have dealt with over the full course of the Renovation. If your looking for a company who place customer satisfaction and Quality at the very peak of there values, I would look no further than Boiler Base. Thank you again Jay and keep up the excellent work.
