High quality service
We are in the middle of having a complete renovation of our property and Boiler Base have completed the full plumbing works. From start to finish, the service has been outstanding. The team were reliable, professional, and always kept everything tidy. Every detail has been carried out to a really high standard, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Communication has been excellent throughout, and they’ve worked seamlessly alongside other trades on site.
We couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work and the level of service. Boiler Base have made a stressful renovation feel much easier, and we’d recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy, skilled plumbers who really take pride in what they do.

From start to finish Boiler Base UK was a pleasure to deal with. Gabby was super knowledgeable and friendly, called me back when planned & provided me with great service before getting me booked in to have my new boiler fitted. Jay and his team were all really friendly, did a great job, cleaned up after themselves and advised how to use my new boiler. Can’t reccomend this company enough, fantastic prices and service, only took payment after the job was complete and made sure I was happy with everything first.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. The whole process was straightforward, the engineer turned up on time and worked cleanly throughout the day. Everything was explained clearly, and the new boiler was up and running with no hassle. The installation looks really neat and professional, and the house was left spotless afterwards. Great communication from the office too – I was kept updated at every stage. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

What a fantastic, easy installation from start to to finish.
The customer service was excellent and Gabby in the sales explained everything and was always on hand to answer my many questions.
Installation date was amazing, no mess guys were polite and friendly and worked very efficiently.

Brilliant job from start to finish. Swapped out my old boiler and fitted a new one quickly, cleanly and also no issues. Jay and his team are polite, professional and hardworking- something often hard to find with tradespeople. We have built a great working relationship and wouldn’t go elsewhere for anything plumbing related.

Excellent service from start to finish , jay and his team were clean and tidy.
They fitted our new boiler very efficiently and showed us how our new HIVE thermostat worked and set it all up on my phone .
