I recently redecorated my living/dining room and needed new furniture to complement the updated look. I already owned a few BoConcept pieces and wanted to ensure anything new blended seamlessly with what l had.
Emily, the store manager, was absolutely fantastic. She carefully considered the size of my space, the colour palette, and the style I was aiming for. Thanks to her expertise, my home has been completely transformed, and I couldn't be more delighted with the result.
I ordered the New York table with the brown ceramic top and the Princeton dining chairs in a beautiful Lazio boucle fabric. I also chose the Lugano media unit and was amazed by how many different configurations were available—it's such a clever and versatile design.
Emily even arranged new legs for one of my existing chairs, and that simple colour change has completely unified the entire room.
Although Cheltenham isn't my closest store, it's absolutely worth the trip. The location is great with easy parking, and the staff are consistently friendly, helpful, and genuinely passionate about what they do.
If you're looking for new furniture, a standout
statement piece, or even just accessories like cushions to finish off a room, I couldn't recommend BoConcept Cheltenham more highly. A brilliant experience from start to finish.

We felt that the Canterbury store experience was very positive one. Staff were generous with their time to guide and advise us through the process of choosing new sofas. A particular strength was dealing with an individual member of staff Leoni . She took care to get to know us and our requirements, including visiting our home to go through design options in the space. Her product knowledge and design flair was impressive. All of these aspects gave us confidence in the company and impacted onto our decision to place an order with BoConcept. As a result we are delighted with our new sofas.

Besides the fact that the product is top class the cherry on the top is the excellent service you get from the company. This is our 2nd delivery and nothing has changed … just great consistent service. The delivery guys are great … organised friendly and professional. No fussing what a difference it makes .

The furniture is undeniably beautiful and modern, but the customer service and delivery process was a huge letdown. Our order was delayed by over a month with very little proactive communication. When we called for updates, it was difficult to get a straight answer. While we love the final products, the stress and long wait significantly tarnished the experience. For a premium brand, the logistics need to match the quality of the designs.

We bought an Osaka corner sofa in September 2025 from the Canterbury shop. Leoni was extremely helpful when helping us decide which sofa was best for us and then also with the configuration and colour. She was able to let us borrow the larger colour samples and also used a computer programe to put pictures of the sofa in our room to make sure it was what we wanted. Communication was great throughout and everything went as expected with delivery. Thank you.

Visited the showroom to look at the Madrid dining table & was offered & ended up buying the ex display one which was wonderfully reduced felt I had a real bargain - the table was delivered & assembled the following week by 2 very lovely gentlemen . Altogether a great professional service thank you

We were unsure when our dining table could get delivered to our new house as we were in the process of purchasing. However the BoConcept team at Canterbury store was kind enough to make some arrangements so that it is manufactured & delivered at our most convenient timing, while applying the sale price at the time of purchasing.
The dining table is beautiful and very happy about the overall experience.

I was recommended to visit Bo Concept through a family member when designing my new house. The showroom was really nice and quality of everything was apparent. John was really helpful and helped design/manage the whole process. Everything was delivered & installed within 6 weeks (typical estimates are 8-12 weeks elsewhere). John was very helpful and still allowed us to lead the process, whilst still giving his own thoughts and opinions. I had a very good experience with Bo Concept and would certainly recommend using their services.

I experienced BoConcept as being a professional and quality company. The design consultant Leoni was most helpful making a home visit to advise on the best/ most suitable colours and fabric
The delivery people did an excellent job in constructing the furniture and were courteous.
I am super pleased with the new beautiful dining table and chairs which I'm sure will last a life-time!

Had a good experience with BoConcept for our living room sofa. Leoni in Canterbury store was very helpful throughout the sales process. The response to any of our queries and requests was quick. Any issues were resolved smoothly.
The team which delivered and assembled the sofa was professional as well.

On previous review in September, more than one month ago , they wrote they will investigate the matter and come back to me . No news from them and not a single step to find a resolution. I wish I could share my sofas ‘ photos everyone would see for themselves what happened after one year normal usage . And would be aware of the quality of products they purchase from Bo concept.
Excellent home service, attention to detail.
Delivery as arranged all good , furniture very good. Overall would recommend

James and Leoni especially helpful as well as patient. Nothing was too much trouble for Leoni even when we were unsure of colours and fabric choices. She helped us choose an amazing sofa which we will enjoy for many, many years to come!
The white glove delivery service was also top notch and the guys incredibly professional and friendly.

I bought a black Nordic leather Modena 3 seat sofa and chair back in June .got delivered in July and I also bought leather cleaner and conditioner has recommended by sales staff being told I should condition sofa and chair to protect it ,applied conditioner following instructions and it left a dark shiny match on seat of sofa after much stress involving many emails photos and a visit from the upholster it turned out the leather was faulty so they agreed to send a new seat for sofa arrived 29 September only to be really disappointed because it was marked,it was worse then the one they were replacing the delivery men took a video of the sofa showing marks on sofa now nearly two weeks on they want me to send more photos because they can’t determine whether the marks are natural characteristics of the leather
They are not.on your website it clearly states the Nordic grain leather is processe in a way that ensures a uniform surface so every piece is consistent in colour pattern and texture
The sofa seat I received is not you can clearly see from video and the fact that it’s taken you nearly 2 weeks to decide you need more photos this is terrible customer service also your technicians who delivered sofa seat and installed could also clearly see marks.
This whole experience is really stressful and for a high end company this is not the kind of customer service or goods that I would expect.All I want is for this to be resolved ,it is very disappointing because I really liked your company products
