This review is to showcase inefficiency and inability of startupwala to handle my trademark case.

I made a big mistake by hiring them and writing good reviews for them in 2018. I take back my words

In 2017 these startupwala people were considered by me to do my trademark but i feel every time when they need money they call us or keep sending us reminders non stop on the mail.

They are money chasers and hardly pick your calls when you call them especially they say they come at 3 pm or they were on lunch and you can see that anger or heavyness i their talks when you call them , They feel so heavy to discuss and pass on the case to one another.

They never updated me for one year on my trademark after it was objected and i had to chase them. The moment authority sent hearing notice - startupwala started chasing me for money and fee and kept sending me reminders.

Infact they asked me to prepare things on my own and affidavit also with notary signature and i had to do everything on my own and send it to them and spent almost 700-800 Rs over and above paying 5000/- to startup wala

They are highly inefficient staff - and they will suck money from you now and then - its their policy i am sure to milk you 3-5 times and not respond and wont handle your case even if its logical.

I got calls from other lawyers also who were so confident after seeing my trademark - few of them even told me they can give in writing that trademark will be registered.

Startupwala always gave a flimsy answer that they dont know what will happen - my question is that if they are so inefficient that they dont know what to do during hearing then why are they taking money from clients ?????

I told them mine is a startup organization and somehow i am able to arrange this 5000/- for hearing - they all spoke sweet before taking money that yes yes we will handle your case.

Now they have stopped taking my calls.After hearing they just sent me a mail that they will update the hearing status but shock of my life - these people have stopped responding to me.

Guys these people are big frauds and they are highly unethical people. I am expecting justice and would want my funds back.

I would need these people to pay me back my 5000/- which they charged simply to fool me.

Startupwala is have no idea about this trademark domain and other things .

They need to shut down their shop for ever.

I would expect my funds 5000/- back.

I got trademark after 1 year but It's not useful at all. When I contacted them for tm a year before, I had no knowledge about tm, and after understanding my product and concern they suggest me to registered on class 35, I did so.
After getting registered I get to know they made my trademark in wrong class. Very disappointed.

we have started the process of name change on 20th dec still now the process not completed and today 13-02-2019 your employee is saying RUN has been expired and we have to start the whole process again.
I am really regretting to choose startupwala.

Till today 08-03-19 it has not got done what type of process will take 3months i dont get it BMC

Once you pay money to them , they won't respond your calls and mails. Worst experience ever had . FEELING CHEATED...

helped me get my TM. good service
