I have got my Pvt. Ltd. Company registered through Startupwala (BMC Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd.) and I am extremely happy with the professionalism, quality of services, TAT's and their systems and procedures. A 50% payment was done to them more than a year back and due to personal reasons I did not continue with the registration, however, after such a long gap when I wrote to them about continuing the process, to my delight, they honoured the earlier payment and continued with the process. I have been served in a most professional and timely manner by the qualified team members at Startupwala. Post incorporation I have utilized their services for TM, MSME and GST registration and also opted for AMC for the company (CS services).
