J'ai commandé et reçu une montre connectée, tout s'est très bien passé, le suivi était impeccable, j'irai même jusqu'à recommander cette enseigne.

For me Black is the only colour I need, I truly only have black clothes and items at home.
For years I have been a Energy drink / smoothie addict.
Due to my Job I travel allot, often having sleep overs in hotels, these Often having no Minibars to cool my drinks.
I have many Thermobottles from popular brands ( FLSK, 720 DEGREE ) keeping my Coffee/ Water truly cold/ hot despite any weather outside for minimum of 12 hours.

Sadly no brand had a " Can " that was black. A can that gave you the energy drink feel but in a metal Thermo look to keep it sealed and cold for many hours.
Finally due to instagram I found blvck- and saw their black Can.
At first I saw the price tag ( circa 40€ ) I was rather stunned at the price, given the fact it costes more than the leading brands out there for big bottles of up to 1 ltr.

But I was glad to find an all black Can, decided to buy two of them, pay high tax, coming to an end sum of 118€ for two cans.

After receiving them already disappointed, for a brand calling them selves " only black " definitely not the case! The lid is silver, the bottom part of the Can is silver, for a true colour enthusiast and brand as it sells itself as only black that's far off.

Anyways better then no can. I was glad still looked simple and unique.
Went on my first work shift sleep over, and after taking it out of my bag the next morning I discovered two embarrassing things.

At first some of the " Paint / outside colour " had been scratched off. ( for reference my other bottles are in my work bag for 2+ years and have no scratches etc. )
To make matters worse, the night before ( our fridges are 3 degrees, so I added my juice in, with ice blocks, waking up the next morning ( only 9 hrs later ) finding that my Juice was warm, not cold actually room temperature.
May I add my hotel room had an AC and I like my room very cold.
So yes truly sad how this can sold as " up to 24 hours cold " under which circumstances? I literally have beyond cold juice, ice blocks and fully sealed.
So therfore obviously it is a fraud and truly a disgrace selling these, claiming it and then even more never have tested them before and then having the audacity to sell them for that price.

To end off on a positive note, the customer service ( Michele ) she was great. She replied very fast, understood my issues and even sent me a full replacement so I can't talk that away from them.
But ultimately I for that reason can't and won't buy from them again. In the end I paid 118€ or let's say 90€ for 2 cans and they don't " work " in the slightest. And after their advertisement and not even being all black I don't even know what they are selling.

Thanks again to Michele, that's the only reason why this brand has 2 stars if it was not for her they should have 0 stars.

Délais de livraison extrêmement long, mail automatique de retour du service client, je comprends maintenant pourquoi ils n'autorisent pas Paypal, il y aurait trop de réclamations. A fuir !

Bought two shirts and a pair of shorts. Shorts were stra8 but the fit on both shirts were horrible. Ive been a fit model for a few years and never had a fit so out of spec. Sizes between the shirts were different, and does not fit the body correctly by design. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. No quality control for a company pushing designer clothing.

The pants are great, the customer service is amazing, and i have been so pleased with this brand. the pants are exactly what I’ve been looking for bc I always look awkward with mens tech wear!!!

One of my note book's backbone were broken so they send me a new right away

Fraudulent company.

Please do not be tempted by their items.

They sent me the wrong item so I posted this back at an expense of £15.

They were really good with communication upto this point saying they would send the correct item.

This is when things went silent. Nothing for weeks.

So here I am £30 down from the original item cost and then another £15 from posting back the wrong item.

I believe this is their business model. Free money.

This company should be shut down. Lucky for them I don’t live in Moldova or wherever they do their fraudulent activity from.

I saw something that looked too good. As we all say if it’s too good to be true then it probably is.

They’re crooks.

I ordered $1028 worth of clothing because I thought it looked nice. The shipping was fast but when it got here nothing fit and I ordered a size UP. I then sent everything back, 12 clothing items, to them then saying they received my items on April 4th and it it now April 14th and I’ve heard nothing back. I’m missing 1000 dollars in refund and I can’t get into contact with anyone. I’m convinced it’s a scam because they were super responsive when it came to getting their sh!t back but when I literally ship them their clothes back the day after I receive it I hear nothing from them. Waste of money.

Do not buy from Blvcks.
Avoid this company at all costs, I paid in good faith, I bought five items and received none.
Customer service department are fraudulent, giving numerous excuses and still I do not have any items. Ten weeks later and still nothing.
Untraceable tracking numbers given, broken terms of business regarding delivery.
When I said simply refund my money and stop wasting my time, the answer was we will refund when you return your goods.

I ordered a hat from here, and it ended up sitting on top of my head rather than fitting properly. I submitted a return request and they’ve been very slow at getting back to me, I assume they are trying to run out the 14 day return window. They also charge a $15 restocking fee. I was going to order some more clothing from them, but the customer service is terrible. I guess I’ll just be donating this.

I ordered a pair of the slides one size too small. After trying them on I put them back in the box, reviewed the instructions for return and followed them to the T. I didn’t want a refund, merely an exchange for the next size up. I think I had the shoes in my possession for 1 day before sending them back. Upon receipt of the shoes, I get an email saying that the shoes were “tagged as used” and that they would not exchange them, instead I would get a coupon for store credit. They didn’t even include said coupon in the email. After 5 days and 3 angry replies, this same agent (Michelle) emailed me back and said that they would now exchange the shoes “as a measure of goodwill”. I was so insulted by this. Goodwill? No ma’am. I don’t need goodwill, just honor your own customer service rules before I stop payment through the bank.

J'ai commandé 4 articles (159$) le 26 novembre pour le blackfriday. Les frais de livraison étaient de 12$ et je n'ai eu aucun frais de douane. La commande a été expédiée le 3 décembre et je l'ai reçue le 9 décembre. La qualité est vraiment géniale et même les packagings étaient d'une qualité incroyable. De ce fait, ce site est parfait pour faire un cadeau.

Order came after short time, had to pay 70€ for delivery fee afterwards to get my package so I declined it. Wrote them later im not gonna pay that much again considering the final pricing had shipping included. Yes, it says on their site that they are not responsible for those extra fees, yet we got to an arrangement of doing 50/50 for UPS fee. When stuff finally arrived I gave them the receipt on the Box and they paid me back half of the extra shipping. Quality is admittedly really good. Support replied within a day aswell. Was worried after reading all the reviews but really wasnt that bad after all

I ordered an AirPods pro case, but realize that I already had my own so I decided to cancel the order. Accordingly, I read their ToS on Cancel/Return and it states that I can cancel my order within 24 hours and on weekend, which is exactly what I have done, on Saturday night, 1 hour after the order.

But almost 10 mails with no reply whatsoever. Just until the package came to my door, they replied that because the package has arrived so they can't cancel. Like WTH, are you kidding me??? Plus, for roughly 60 CAD, the case looks like garbage, cheap material, poorly cut, even dusty as hell. What a total scam. And after going through other reviews, I decided to take that money as a lesson for online shopping.

If it was possible 0 stars placed an order for only 2 items still can't see a shipping update nor a refund this is a scam website wish I had checked out trustpilot reviews before I placed an order Customer service is also nonexistent. Guys won't waste your hard earn money buying from them

I bought the monogram shirt for $50 and and the quality was not good at all. fabric was rough and thin, too tight on the sleeves while being way too loose in the collar. Maybe this is down to personal preference and their other clothes might be better, but my real issue is that they charged me $15 restocking and shipping fee for the return. Ridiculous.

Ordered the small notebook because of an instagram ad. Received the product in 3 business days wich is ok. Unfortunately the UPS brokerages fees are 50% off what i paid for the item.

After opening the small version of the notebook is so small that i felt over charged for that. It fits on the palm of your hands. The gold pen didn’t work and is out of ink.

I strongly do not recommend buying these products
