I recently purchased the SunshineBay 40‑Jet 6 Person Hot Tub from BlueWhaleSpa through Costco, delivered and fully installed, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience.

From start to finish, the service was exceptional. I want to give a special mention to **Andrew Brunton**, who provided outstanding communication throughout the process. He kept me informed at every stage, answered all my questions promptly, and made sure everything ran smoothly on installation day. His professionalism and friendly approach really set the tone for a stress‑free experience.

The hot tub itself is fantastic—well‑built, powerful jets, and everything was installed with great care and attention.

I highly recommend BlueWhaleSpa, and especially Andrew, for anyone considering a new hot tub. Excellent service from start to finish!

All the staff are really proactive, helpful and accommodating, especially Fiona & Yasmin in the office and our installers Mark & Craig.

On delivery day, Zen and Hubert were brilliant. They were extremely efficient, professional, and very pleasant to deal with. They handled everything with care, worked quickly, and left the area spotless – not a single bit of mess left behind.

Installers Sorin @ Martin were fabulous, even answered calls the next day when I had a few questions talked us through every step, Fiona who we dealt with from start to finish was amazing, 5 stars from the initial phone call to the final installation would highly recommend

Our hot tub was delivered by Trymore and Edmore they were very helpful, tidy and knowledgeable. They made sure the tub was clean and demonstrated how it all worked explaining about the chemicals etc before they left. The hot tub took about two hours to fill up and overnight to heat up.
The next day we had a small leak from the drain site. We phoned Hot Tub Masters and they have arranged for an engineer to pop out in a couple of days. The general opinion is that it is residual water and nothing to worry about, but for peace of mind the engineer is coming. So far I can't fault anything. The whole team have been very helpful and accommodating and we are both loving the hot tub.

From the start to present day the service and customer service has been excellent. The guys who installed the hot tub - side - Sorin and Trymore were fast efficient and gave a comprehensive run down on how to setup and use the hottub. I've never had one before.
The afterwards service from Fiona has again been first class. There is nothing to complain about, and I'm usually grumpy as a default. Setting.
I would recommend Blue Whale to anyone interested in purchasing a hitting or any product from them

Purchased the Trinity II hot tub and absolutely love it! Sales team and customer service were great, Andrew Brunton helped and explained everything clearly. The comfort in the tub is superb with the lights and water features adding to the ambience. Decided to get a lifting arm through after sales and found was excellent service.

I knew nothing about hot tubs really before speaking to Blue Whale, but the advice, customer service, delivery, installation and quality of product has been fantastic, while at a great price. Andrew Brunton has been first class and is a wealth of information, making it an easy and enjoyable experience, even calling me a few months and more recently a year after.

Ordered our 2nd hot tub from Blue whale. The last one we had for 4 years and no problems at all. We moved house and have ordered a new 6 seater. Fiona was great helping us with the logistics and dates the process was very fast. The delivery and installation was great Jon and Martin put their selves out to get the hot tub into its final position they wired the tub up and fitted all of the accessories they explained everything clearly and I learned some new tips on keeping a hot tub. All in all a great process
from start to finish would highly recommend using them.

From start to finish this has been a tremendous experience- Andrew Brunton at Bluewhalespa was clear, understanding and sent over so much information to reassure us of the companies care to provide us with all we needed to know. Let’s be fair there are so many companies and spas it’s a minefield to choose, Andrew knew all his stuff and made us comfortable in our choice to suit us. The delivery was perfect and the guys who installed were knowledgeable and got it done speedily- full simple video and document tutorials were available, that got me from install to our first dip in 24 hours. This has been one of the most easy transactions I’ve dealt with considering the amount you have to part with. Thanks team - I would highly recommend

In January I purchased a Blue Whale Huntington beach spa. The team at Blue Whale were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Fiona in sales was there to answer any queries I had, and arrange delivery flexibly around my needs. Each time I have called back with more queries she’s been so patient with me and made the entire purchase experience extremely easy.

I had this spa craned over my house to its resting place and Mark and Edmore (the installation team) were utter perfectionists, attention to every tiny detail and so knowledgeable and informative about the aspects of my spa, they were so well mannered and patient with all of my questions and gave a fantastic intro to the spa.

Then on to the quality of the product itself, my wife and I have been in the spa every day since it arrived, it’s absolutely fantastic, from the Bluetooth sound system to the powerful pumps and massage jets. Everything about it this spa feels top top quality and I am so happy that I chose Blue Whale as my supplier and I fully intend to use Bluewhale for all of my chemical and maintenance needs going forwards

This is the first hot tub we have purchased. We went to the showroom and recieved excellent guidance and advice from Andrew. The hot tub was delivered on time and the installers were excellent. They ensured the hot tub was in the correct place and explained how to operate it. The after sales experience has been excellent as we continue to enjoy the hot tub. Great hot tub for a great price, and great service!
Fiona answered all queries before and after with no hesitation, and the installation team Mark and Jon did a great job, didn’t turn up until 5 on a cold dark night but didn’t rush, and made sure to explain everything before they left.
Upgraded to this from a wave foam spa and no regrets, used it loads over Xmas and glad I chose these guys :)

I had no idea what I was looking for but after speaking to fiona she made my decision so easy the service from start to finish was amazing the 2 delivery guys mark and John were super helpful nothing was a problem I can't thank fiona and her team enough I've had some lovely evenings enjoying my new hot tub guys thanks again
