From start to finish the experience of buying a hot tub from Blue whale was great. Fiona made sure everything was in place and that i was clear on everything i needed to do for installation. Great info sent out by links, videos to watch, all helped me as a complete hot tub novice. On the hottest day of the year the hot tub arrived, two friendly, knowledgeable chaps made a tricky delivery stress free.
They set it up and were happy to talk through anything i wanted to clarify. Help and advice is just a call away. we love our hot tub, i was worried as it’s a big financial commitment, but it’s brought us together as a grown up family, we now connect, catch up and relax at the same time !

Fantastic. From the start of the first call, to the final engineer visit everything was faultless. Fantastic Fiona on the phone got everything sorted and made sure it was done quickly, the guys who positioned the tub were great and, even tho we have a hiccup with some damage which was dealt with within 24 hours by the customer service team and an engineer came out to sort it out, everything was perfect. Up and running within 24 hrs of delivery, I could have asked for more. These guys are the ones to use!

First class service from Fiona from the original enquiry to ordering, holding the tub till I was ready to arranging delivery. Mine hot delivered within a few days.
The guys rang me an hour before the morning delivery. Installation and set up including a thorough run through by the guys. Very friendly and hardworking even so it was the hottest day of the year.
The hot tub itself is great, even though a clearance model it's l8ke new.
I highly can recommend Bluewhale Spa.

Andrew Brunton was so helpful and explained everything I need to know. I would recommend Andrew to anyone that what’s a new Hot tub. So organised even when I had to cancel.

We had been researching buying a hot tub for a while. We spoke to a few companies but didn’t feel confident enough to purchase over the phone them I spoke to Andrew who wanted to make sure we got the right hot tub for our lifestyle. He asked lots of question, sent emails with videos of different hot tubs for us to look at and he recommended the Sky Stream XL which we love! 5 seats with lounger, waterfall feature and Bluetooth which sounds amazing! We haven’t tried the lights yet but I’m sure they’ll be great!
We use it nearly every day! Best decision we made!
For our initial enquiry through to installation and beyond Andrew and the after service team have been really helpful, nothing has been too much trouble. They sent links to videos that show you what you to do step by step! We are very happy we chose to buy from Blue Whale Spa. It was affordable plus it came with a 2 year warranty which gave us peace of mind. Can highly recommend! 5 ⭐ service

We recently purchased our hot tub from Bluewhale Spa, and what an incredible experience it has been from start to finish. From the moment we placed our order, the service was nothing short of exceptional.

I was contacted straight away by Andrew Brunton, who clearly takes great pride in his work. He explained everything we needed to know, sent detailed emails, and guided us through every step with clarity and professionalism. Nothing was too much trouble.

Andrew arranged delivery at a date and time that suited us perfectly, and throughout the process we received regular updates so we always knew exactly what was happening.

On the morning of delivery, the crew gave us a courtesy call — and true to their word, they arrived right on time. Edmore and Andrew, the installation team, were absolutely fantastic. Polite, friendly, and extremely professional, they handled the hot tub with real care and took the time to explain everything thoroughly.

I honestly cannot recommend this company highly enough. From the initial order right through to installation, the customer service has been impeccable — genuinely some of the best service I have ever received. Every member of the team is a credit to the company and to their profession.

And as for the hot tub itself… wow. The build quality is outstanding, and it’s clear that a lot of thought, experience, and craftsmanship has gone into the design. After a long, stressful day at work, it’s pure heaven — it melts away aches, pains, and stress within minutes.

Well done to everyone at Bluewhale Spa. An impressive performance from start to finish — both from the hot tub and the entire team involved. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending your company to anyone considering a hot tub.

For buying the spa, perfect process. They had a sale on so the price was awesome, prompt delivery, steps were damaged (couldn't tell from the outside packaging) and were replaced without hesitation.

It is 4 star rather than 5 star as I feel they could do more to help a first time buyer.

There is nothing complicated about it, but if you install it yourself like I did then there is some external packaging (quite a bit as they look after them well in transportation) and to connect the electrics you have to drill through the side of the jacuzzi to make a hole for the cable. A bit more information about this would have helped.

Also they have an in built chlorine dispenser which works well but it isn't mentioned anywhere as to how to use it and it took me a while to realise where it was.

Finally their guides are generic guides but I would have preferred one about the jacuzzi I specifically bought. This is probably a "me thing" as once you get your confidence with the jacuzzi then a generic guide is actually all you need.

You need the serial number to activate the 2 year warranty - had to contact them to find out where it was when a picture in the information pack would have solved this.

This dos not affect their rating but it would be nice if they sold parasols with solar lights under it (we already have one and it is lovely to have the rain on the jacuzzi but not your head), a nice height table (so you can reach over and put drinks on it) and essentially a lower level coat rack (so you can hang a towel/dressing gown on it) so you could get it all in one place.

I would definitely recommend them to others.

From the delivery and installation, to a minor issue we have had with a leak the service has been fantastic. Every communication has been spot on, every engineer polite and friendly and everyone we have dealt with have been so helpful. Thank you!

What a fabulous hot tub I bought recently. Very comfy with adjustable powerful jets to suit and a foot massager too. Everything you need to suit your mood and I love the option to have partial jets on too so everyone is happy 😃

We recently purchased a hot tub from Blue Whale Spa and couldn’t be happier with the experience from start to finish.

They came highly recommended by our neighbours, and having now gone through the process ourselves, we can completely see why. From our first visit, we were able to browse the showroom at our own pace without any pressure or sales tactics. Andrew Brunton was genuinely helpful throughout, answering every question we had with expert knowledge and honest advice, which made choosing the right hot tub so much easier.

A special mention also goes to the delivery team, who went above and beyond on the day. Nothing was too much trouble, and they couldn’t have done more to help us.

A special thank you to Andrew Brunton for keeping us informed throughout the process and ensuring everything ran smoothly. The installation team, Dwayne and Marshall, were outstanding. They arrived on time, were professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took great care during the installation, explained everything clearly, and made sure we were completely comfortable with operating the hot tub before they left.
We've now had the hot tub for a little while and are thoroughly enjoying it. The build quality is excellent, it's easy to use, and it's already become a fantastic way to relax and unwind at the end of the day. The whole family loves it!

Bought Hawkins Bay 11. Fiona was fantastic and very helpful when i placed my order. Sorted a delivery date. Phoned me 1 hour before arriving. Delivery and installation went very smoothly. The 2 guys that set my hot tub up were brilliant and went through how hot tub works. Fantastic company can't praise them enough would definitely recommend.

After researching online I narrowed our possible supplier down to 2 in the area. Visited the Blue Whale Spa showroom first and was so happy with the approach of the sales person (Fiona) that we ordered then and there and didn't get to the 2nd supplier. We were having some works done in the garden and couldn't take delivery immediately - this wasn't a problem as BWS were happy to hold the unit for up to 6 months. The delivery and installation took place yesterday and we couldn't be happier! Everything went smoothly, complete with a run through of filling, chemical treatment, and operation of the spa. Setting up has been very easy. I had a query during set up and called customer services who were very helpful. A very happy customer!

Andrew Brunton was very helpful on the phone and when we visited the showroom. The ordering process was very straightforward and the delivery was very smooth, set up was done by two very polite guys. Customer services after are I was very impressed with so overall we are really pleased with our hot tub- fab service from start to finish.
