Not recommended. I asked Sally if there is any other real estate agent that could help me find what i am looking for because i couldn't clearly communicate with her and she blocked me… Unprofessional behaviour

Sally and her Team where excellent when it came to selling our house. Very quick to respond to our request to list it and extremely helpful every step of the way through out the sale. Found us a Buyer within days of the listing going live - Thank you all :)

We decided to sell our apartment on the spur of the moment Sept 24 to buy a bungalow through Blue Surf. Someone came to look at our apartment to value it & put it on the market. Blue Surf Real Estate Protaras

Blue Serf was a breath of fresh air in the turbulent Protars real-estate market. We found Sally Parker to be the most helpful and responsive agent in the entire Protaras region in Cyprus. I contacted Sally when we started looking but well before she became our agent, despite this she was always very responsive helpful and made an effort to understand our preference and not bombard us with unsuitable houses.

Not only did she find the right house but always kept in touch which made things very easy, we completed about 7 weeks later. Very happy.

Being a sceptic and (over)cautious individual, it was with great trepidation that I embarked on the Cyprus purchasing process. We'd read the horror stories and disaster 'don't do' stories. How fortunate that my wife and I chose Blue Surf and more specifically Sally (Parker) to help us. We can't recommend Sally highly enough and would strongly recommend any potential buyer to talk to Sally as soon as possible. Not only is Sally very experienced and professional but she is a genuinely nice individual. Her contacts and knowledge give you confidence whilst making the whole experience enjoyable. Of course, it's a daunting and unfamiliar process choosing your dream place and parting with such large sums of money overseas but with Sally providing her support and guidance throughout the whole thing I can honestly say any concerns or worries you have will be minimised. We couldn't be happier with the service from Blue Surf and Sally. Take my advice, don't start your search until you've spoken to Sally - she's the best!!

I would recommend Blue Surf Property without reservation.
Our buying process was a complex deal due to the nature of the property we chose, Blue Surf clearly has close contacts who work with them regularly, in our case, excellent lawyers who were on point every step of the way.
As for Blue Surf agent - Andri - what she doesn't know about the property she is selling is likely not worth knowing.
Andri listens to what you want, she is honest and genuinely cares about her clients, and once you decide on the property you like she will move mountains to make that happen.
Most importantly, and often rare, is that care carries forward post-sale - making sure you have everything you need, she puts you in contact with cleaners/white goods retailers/builders/DIY/locksmiths/gardeners...the list goes on.
A heartfelt thankyou to Andri, and Blue Surf, you have been an absolute pleasure.

10 OUT OF 10 for Sally. Always available and re-assuring and helpful in navigating necessary documents, handling problems that one may have from decorating to plumbing. Anything goes wrong Sally knows a 'Man than Can.' Has ended up more of a friend than an Estate Agent.

Andri in particular, and the whole team at Blue Surf, have been absolutely outstanding! It is really nice to meet people who genuinely care about their customers from start to finish. Blue Surf are clearly well connected into the best properties, sellers and developers and reacted very swiftly to our needs. We bought a 3-bedroom villa in Protaras where the later stages of the transaction were from the UK. Our initial fears were allayed as this went so smoothly with the help of Andri who also recommended an outstanding lawyer to us as well as helping with other matters to keep us on the right track. Very highly recommended!!
