Very positive experience from the start, Sally from Blue Surf went above and beyond, took all the stress out of negotiations, gave lots of useful advice and always on hand to answer questions, and offered ongoing support even after purchase finalised.

Clear communication. Very helpful with all aspects of the buying of our apartment. Always available and prompt responses. Good advice and recommendations, Smooth process from start to finish. Would have no hesitation in recommending or using again, should the need arise. We never felt pressured at all and everything on our tick list was accounted for. As of the 17th of this month we now have our long awaited holiday home. Big shout out to Sally Parker who has answered our endless questions and gone above and beyond throughout the whole process.

Moved out jan 2024. Sally Parker was member of staff that looked after us. She was excellent,looked after us right from start cannot recommend her highly enough. We have had some problems with our deeds. She did her best to help even though not really her problem. Be careful with the solicitor you choose when purchasing do some research 👍👍👍👍👍

What made our experience great? Well, it had to be the fantastic service given by Karen. She was definitely on the ball in responding to the many questions we had about the different properties available, her support was invaluable! When viewing properties, the process was very straightforward as Karen picked us up from our hotel, she was extremely friendly and made us both feel comfortable from the very start. We liked how there was no pressure when viewing and Karen's responses were honest. The deposit process was clearly explained and an appointment was made with a local property and immigration solicitor. Other staff in the Protaras office were also very helpful when we popped in to collect information, and the after sales support is also second to none. Amazing experience nothing was to much trouble. Sally went above and beyond what she needed to do and put our mind at rest for any concerns we had. Made the whole process very easy.

We were so impressed with Bluesurf. We asked for a valuation a few months ago, but weren't ready to sell at that time. They gave us clear concise information, with no pressure. We got back in touch with them this week,as we were now ready to sell. Within a couple of hours they'd arranged for a professional photographer to take photos and a video, and they'd arranged 2 viewings. Unfortunately, through no fault of Bluesurf we had to halt proceedings. Again they acted with utmost professionalism. We highly recommend them.
