We find your latest message and the accusation that we are “arrogant and rude” both unfair and inappropriate.
We have been in contact with you repeatedly throughout this case and have responded to your emails not only during normal business hours, but also in the evenings and over the weekend. Our normal customer service response time is up to 48 hours on weekdays. Your latest email was received Monday morning at 07:55, so there has been no unreasonable delay in our response.
Regarding the delivery, your order was dispatched from our warehouse immediately on 10 August same day as you ordered. We contacted GLS and followed up on the shipment several times to help get the parcel delivered. The delay occurred with GLS and was unfortunately outside our control. Nevertheless, we did our best to assist you throughout the process.
Regarding the blouse, we have already explained that the product you received is the correct product. The product description clearly states:
“NB! There is no chest pocket!!!”
The chest pocket was removed from the design before production - cause to response from our retailers that many women do not like a pocket at the breast - which is why the final product does not have the pocket shown in the older product photos. We fully understand that you may have preferred the previous design, but this does not mean that you received an incorrect product.
As explained previously, if you do not wish to keep the blouse without the chest pocket, you are of course welcome to return it in accordance with our return conditions. Since the product received corresponds to the current product description, the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.
We are always happy to assist our customers, and we have done so extensively in this case. However, we cannot accept demands for free return shipping based on a product feature that is explicitly stated in the product description, nor can we change our return conditions because of references to negative reviews or social media comments.
We are sorry that your experience has not lived up to your expectations, but we believe we have handled your order and your enquiries fairly and professionally.

Det, der virkelig gør oplevelsen særlig, er den fantastiske kundeservice. Personalet er altid venligt, imødekommende og hjælpsomt, når man henvender sig, og man føler sig virkelig godt behandlet.
Det er et firma, der har styr på både produkter og service – og det er bestemt et besøg værd.

The worst returns experience (from NL)
I fully expect them to come back at me here because that is what our entire interaction has been like since I needed to return a dress- a truly unpleasant and difficult customer experience.
Nice clothes, sure …but without doubt the most difficult and most expensive return policy of my entire consumer life, topped off with rude customer service when trying to resolve.
Recommend to others in Central Europe to instead stick to more customer-friendly, similar brands like Batur Amsterdam, Sezane, Rouje, Buissoniere, me and em, Rails etc. I know I will.

We are naturally sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied, as we genuinely strive to provide a high level of customer service to all our customers.
We would, however, like to clarify a few points for future readers.
Our return policy is clearly stated on our website before purchase, including the requirement that returned items must be sent back in the same condition as received, with the original protective packaging and product labels attached. These requirements help us ensure that garments remain protected during transport and can be resold if returned unused.
Throughout your return process, we responded to all your emails day and night and did our best to assist you. We also collected your parcel from the parcel shop ourselves to help move the return process forward.
When we received the parcel, the garment had been returned without its original protective polybag and without the original product label, and it had been packed in a way that caused unnecessary creasing. As with all returns, we informed you that we would inspect the item and process the refund in accordance with our published return policy.
We are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations, but we believe we handled your case fairly, consistently, and in line with the return terms that apply to all customers.
