★☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointed – Incorrect Sizing & Unfair Return Policy

I ordered this top expecting it to fit as per the given size chart, but the fitting is completely off. It doesn’t even fit well on a 32-inch bust, despite the product listing stating a 34-inch bust size. The sizing is totally inaccurate and misleading.

To make matters worse, when I tried to return it, I wasn’t even given a full refund—₹200 was deducted as a shipping charge! This is completely unfair and unacceptable. Customers should not have to bear the cost for inaccurate product descriptions.

Overall, a very disappointing experience. Would not recommend!

Worst Brand Ever

I recently purchased a pair of jeans from this brand via Instagram. Unfortunately, the jeans were too tight, so I requested a return. Since I didn’t have a user account, I wasn’t able to track my return request or receive any confirmation email.

It was a busy time for me, given the Christmas and New Year holidays, and I didn’t notice that the delivery person never came to pick up the item. When I realized this, it was just one day past their 7-day return policy. Despite the fact that I had submitted a return request within the 7 day timeline, which clearly didn’t get registered due to an error on their end, they refused to provide me with an exchange or refund.

To make matters worse, their customer service team was incredibly rude when I reached out to explain the situation and seek help. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing, and I’ll definitely never purchase from this brand again.

Worst Customer Service

Ordered a pair of jeans in a small size and just wanted to exchange for a bigger size. I already paid more than the MRP, and when I tried to initiate an exchange or return, I realized the policies are ridiculous and confusing. No proper refund option—refunds are credited to their account only. Such a scam! On top of that, the customer service is rude and unhelpful. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a brand. Never buying from here again!

Refund not given for wrong product

Ordered a jeans from them and got 2 inches smaller so when I returned it, they asked for 200 handling charges!!!! No site asks for such hefty amount for handling and then when I asked them that since the product was not up to the mark therefore I should get refund in my bank account only then they started talking rudely to me on call and started saying that you should buy something else from our website from credit points!
How am I supposed to buy another product when I didn’t get what I wanted, my 250₹ are wasted in delivery and handling charges plus I didn’t get refund money and now I am stuck
This is literally the worst practice that I have ever come across
They just want money

I ordered jeans from bluer and never received the package. I email have email from their support team saying they have received their undelivered product back, however they did not mention anything about refund. I jave been following up with them over the email since so many days and they are not even replying to that. There is no way where we can get in touch with anyone another than that one customer support email. Funny part is, on their website they have just mentioned about the returned policy they have not mentioned anything about refund. Now it's clear to me that bluer is a big time scam. They never deliver the product and they never refund the money to their customers.....don't fall for their trendy style denims on lower price. Please buy jeans from trusted shopping websites or brands. These people are running big time scam and they are earning their money from there.

Don’y buy anything from here ! They don’t have any customer care , their refund policy is way too bad ! If you’ll return the product they won’t return your money back instead they’ll give you coupon code in which they’ll deduct ₹200 and that coupon code you can use till one month if you didn’t use your money will waste ! So, don't buy from bluer!

Cheaters 🙅‍♀️

I ordered 3 jeans from this site and two of them are to big so I returned two jeans and they told me that after returning the product they will give me credit note which i can use for order again.
I returned the item and now it’s been 2 weeks and did not get any credit note and not my money back to my account. I’ve tried to contact them email them a lot of time and they are saying only one thing that they will give credit note only after the got the return product but now it’s been so many days now and I didn’t get any response. This is too much.
They are literally fraud and they stuck my money. I am so disappointed and i will not take action and make complain against them to customer care.

Bluer.co.in denim frauds

FRAUDS! I ordered one cargo jeans from their site, they have had put it on sale and the denim jeans cost was 1290 INR on SALE with mentioned free shipping on orders above 1000 INR so I proceeded with the payment and then the cost came up with RS 1340, including shipping charges of Rs 50 and Tax of 138 making it total value of 1340 and yes the original cost is 1690 everything included! I received the product the size which i did was 30 because usually my sister wears 30 this one was a little bit loose on her waist so I went to the site to exchange the item which every site does! There could be reason customer trust the seller being a big brand, nobody thinks at first instance that this could be the case in the future! And size is something which won’t fit and how come it is discounted you are charging shipping charges as well and the customer bought for the first time and they have to go through this? No customer expects that there would be no exchanges on size issues! When i went to exchange the product with correct size which can be the issue because not every size is correct sometimes you have to take one size up or down! There was one thing mentioned that you can’t exchange the product bought on sale! I mean that’s really stupid it’s not like you are actually selling it to wayyy lesser price! That’s basically having 1690-1340= 350 difference and the other sites does exchanges and everything for that basic cargo! Nobody expects that they might not be exchanging the product! I mailed them tried to contact them multiple time but still no response! Either take your product back or exchange the item! Money looter! Bluer.co is sh!tty! Really disappointed! Emailed them so many times at but nothing! And if anyone have any email id to escalate this issue let me know! They have mentioned customers are their priority when you don’t even resolve their issue! Will tell everyone not to buy from this ridiculous site ever because you get that cargo from just anywhere!
