Waste experience

Please , don’t buy from this brand , first look wise it’s not even good the way it shows and secondly , for cod I paid extra 150 and didn’t like it when I receive the order , the jeans quality and everything it’s sucks !! And no return policy available for me , for 1 pair of jeans waste material, waste in everything!!

Worst brand, quality and fit...0 Star..

I ordered from Bluer for the first time and had a very disappointing experience. The size information on their website is completely inaccurate. My usual jeans size is 30, but even their size 32 didn’t fit me properly. I raised a concern, and after following up for almost two weeks, they refunded my money—but only as store credit, not an actual refund.

The second time, I ordered tops based on their size chart. Previously, a bust size of 36 was listed under “M,” but when I checked again recently, the same size was moved to “XL.” I contacted customer care, and they simply told me to go by the size chart—which apparently changes frequently. I still went ahead and ordered an XL top, but it turned out extremely loose. I placed a return request again.

What’s even more frustrating is their return policy. Every time you return an item, ₹200 is deducted, and the refund is issued only as store credit. So, even after multiple attempts, you never really get the right product, and you end up losing a significant amount of your money over time.

Overall, the experience with Bluer has been highly disappointing—unreliable sizing, inconsistent charts, slow responses, and an unfair return policy. Definitely not recommended.

If you are here to check reviews for Bluer, take this as a sign and save your money, do not waste it by buying anything from this so called flashy brand.
Pathetic products, no empathy towards their “paid customers”.
You cannot return their products amd even if you do opt for their wallet, they won’t refund the whole amount.
So just save money amd spend it on brands that do provide good service and good quality products.

Worst experience

Absolute joke of a brand. Bluer acts premium online with their flashy ads, but the moment you need help, they vanish. No customer service, no after-sales support, no accountability. Their marketing is pure fake glitter looks good, delivers nothing. If you actually expect support after buying, don’t waste your money here.

2.1/5 and 88% scam rate for a reason. Stay away from the high school kids posing to be founders.

I reached out to the founder of this brand, Smith Gada, hoping to sort out a simple problem with my order. Instead of listening, he went straight to accusing me of lying, said I must be using an old item from years ago, and spoke to me with a tone that was condescending and dismissive. This is about how the person at the very top behaved. On that call I saw everything you don’t want in a founder:
He didn’t even stop to ask a single question before jumping to accusations.
He was more interested in proving he was right than in hearing what actually happened. His tone and language were belittling and completely unnecessary.
A founder sets the culture of their company. So hilarious that this is how the founder treats a loyal customer who’s just asking for help. I hung up not just disappointed but honestly shocked that someone building a consumer brand thinks this is an acceptable way to handle a complaint.
I don’t expect perfection from a company. I do expect basic respect, accountability, and a willingness to solve problems. Instead, I got arrogance, and blame. It’s an absolute shame on you the founder and this company, and it’s turned me off this brand completely. Never returning, and will make sure everyone I know hears of this situation.

Absolutely Pathetic Experience!

This has been one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had. They delivered the wrong size, and when I reached out for a return, they outright denied it. Instead of owning up to their mistake, they had the audacity to ask me to measure the shirt with an inch tape — seriously? What kind of customer service is that?

To make matters worse, there was no size mentioned anywhere on the shirt, yet they kept blaming me. I’ve had to email them multiple times just to get a basic response. It’s frustrating, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable.

Avoid this site at all costs — poor service, terrible quality control, and zero accountability. Total waste of time and money!

their clothes don’t follow fixed sizing
They charge for pick up and delivery and don’t offer refund - which would be fine but no gets worse

I ordered a dress after checking size - it was too small- M it was exactly my size acc to their chart. They charged for pick up and gave store credit. Then I ordered the L size that was too big - and now they refuse to exchange it

Bluer is completely unreliable

Bluer is completely unreliable. They don’t deliver the products, and customer care doesn’t respond properly. All they say is “Your order will be delivered” without any proper update. Don’t waste your money.

Omggg the horrible experience...I wish to have read their restrictive and downright bogus terms and conditions before making a purchase.So,I ordered a denim for 1610/- on trial it was too long for me I initiated return request which I found out they will deduct flat 200/- from and rest of the amount will be not even refunded but rather converted to coupon so I was left with 1405/- compelled forcefully to buy anything from the distasteful collection they have which I pondered over for months to try buying atleast one decent item and when I finally did even that shirt came out too oversized 😀 even after I put like the right size on.Now returning the item may or may not even get me any amount back ...Overall worst purchasing experience ever..
