It's a good service but not fully honest,it's told me that in 2 days all the process done also license will be issued but it's taken almost 1 week. Little disappointed.

They don’t reply
They don’t reply, I’ve been receiving the same mail regarding fssai license, but every time they say the same thing that we are reverting, they never pick the call up and don’t update at all, it’s been more than 2 months and I’m still behind their back.

Fake Company
Taken an advance payment of RS. 1652 on 16th Dec, 2025 for FSSAI, still not having any response as well from their side, completely fraudulent service and fake hyped paid customer reviews. They are deceiving and hampering commoners. Govt. or cyber security must scrutinize the matter and take necessary action.

3. Booking/order ID if any
4. Date of payment and service name FSSAI
If you do not provide these details, we will treat this review as unverified and we will proceed to flag it with Trustpilot for investigation.
Once details are received, we will verify internally and provide a written resolution. If any lapse is found from our side, we will take corrective action as per policy.

Zomato recommended me bluedex for immediate Fssai creation 2 years back. Since then i have used bluedex services many times for my legal work and i have made multiple fssai licenses for all my restaurants and cafés. Anything i need, i contact kunal from bluedex and its done before eod, EVERY SINGLE TIME.

Worst behavior i paid for 5 years, they do for 1 year. Without giving any information, when i call the customer care. They are asking my manners. This is the behavior of bluedex. If i am asking refund they push me extra 10days for giving the actual one. They dont manners how to talk with customers
