No customer service, communication or refund. Poor
I ordered a monitor as I have just started working from home. I realised very quickly that it wasn't compatible with my laptop and requested a return immediately. No response. That was 5th Feb. I received automated acknowledgment of this request. Sent a reminder 10th and still nothing. This is what their site states:
Customer Service
Our Customer Service Team are available Monday to Friday, 9am -5pm and aim to respond to queries ASAP. If you contact us before 4pm, you will get a response from us the same day.
It's not the amount, it is the principle. At this point it doesn't appear that I will get my money back.
Finally heard back now with an apology and offer of a full refund. I will be checking to make sure it arrives. Not sure why my request was missed but if they put it right now, that will do.

The item ( a laptop with disc drive) was delivered quickly and was well packaged. It is in good condition. It came equipped with up to date security software and the latest version of Windows. The price was excellent and communication useful. I would happily recommend Bluecybercow to friends and relatives.

Superb!
It’s my first purchase ever and it feels like I just scored a home run. I was skeptic when I read about the potential “visible” scratches and signs of wear, but I had a hard time even finding one (near-invisible stroke). Currently testing, but so far so good, everything from packaging to delivery time is OP!! This is far better than I imagined! Many thanks!!

Bluecybercow does it again!
The laptop arrived well wrapped and on time.
It was a reassuring surprise to find the machine in great physical condition, no noticable marks or scatches, despite being C graded.
The screen is bright and unmarked; operation is brisk despite just 8 GB RAM, and it will be easy to increase the small 256 GB SSD internal storage using an external hard drive.
Office 365 and Norton protection have been added and so far the computer has operated without fault.

I have ordered up to 5 laptops from Bluecybercow and all have always come in good shape. A part from one which had battery issues, but I returned it and was fixed. So far am very happy, looking forward to receiving a prize this year as one of your trusted clients... haha.

I ordered this laptop Wednesday and was delivered Friday. It was very well packaged and in even better condition than described. It was excellent value for money with a high specification. Worked straight out of the box with plenty of battery life left in it.
