I've worked at Bluebird Care for 12years,starting as a care worker and progressing to supervisor role. Throughout my journey, Bluebird has consistently provided excellent care to its customers while also being a fantastic place to work. The company offers thorough training and unwavering support,not just professionally but also on a personal level. whether your starting or looking to grow in your career the support is there. It has been an excellent and amazing for me working with Bluebird as I recently joined Bluebird care from another company , and I’ve never regretted that. The company puts the interests of employees to heart, the same way they treat the customers with great respect and dignity.

I recently moved to Bluebird from another care agency and it’s been the best decision I have made. Not only do they provide training to the highest standards. Working for bluebird is probably one of the best moves I ever made. The staff in the office, other carers and not forgetting the customers are second to none. The office staff are always there to help you no matter how big or small the problem may be.

Since joining Bluebird what I have found is every aspect of my role as a carer centres around Day to Day Communication and support to ensure that I am able to give the best care to the people I visit. For me the ones I enjoy the most are.
The Quality of Life, Dignity and Laughter that is instilled in me as a Bluebird carer. It is one of many priorities to the people I care for.I am lucky to be involved with this as a Blueburd employee. I first joined Bluebird over 4 years ago, brand new to care. The training ( in office and out on the field) was informative and I could tell they really care about their customers and their carers. I have over 40 years working in healthcare and experiencing healthcare at home for my father. I joined Bluebird Stafford just over a year ago this with the wish to enable others to remain at home with the necessary support for as long as possible. Experienced carers make a positive difference to my life. Staff are punctual and always willing to help me with my caring needs.

The workers are always punctual and have any information they need. They have appropriate clothing and footwear for the long walks which I need. I feel safe and supported while out with them. I enjoy the friendly company, and the experience helps me to cope with my day to day problems.
