I am the Registered Manager at Right at Home Medway. Since joining the service nearly two years ago, I have developed my knowledge and skills significantly within the office, while also gaining valuable insight and experience through engagement with the wider Right at Home network.

The support provided by the National Office has been consistently strong and highly valuable. As a result of this collaborative approach and ongoing guidance, our most recent internal compliance review achieved an overall rating of ‘Outstanding’.

The National Office team remains readily accessible and continues to provide effective support, particularly in relation to complex compliance matters, ensuring that we maintain high standards of care and regulatory adherence.

I am the Care Manager at Right at Home Medway and work closely with Right at Home UK, our National Office. They consistently provide prompt and reliable support on compliance matters and any system-related queries we may have.

In addition, they offer a wide range of training opportunities across various locations in the UK, which I find extremely valuable for both professional development and maintaining high standards of care.

I truly appreciate their ongoing support, guidance, and commitment to helping us deliver quality services.

It is and has been and continues to be a pleasure working with Right at Home UK (National Office) over the last 7 years with my wife.

They provide support in Compliance, Marketing, Financials and all things related to running a care business.

I especially like the inhouse CRM system, designed and created specifically for Right at Home franchise owners. There are many opportunities to also work with the wider network so we always learn from peers which has proven to be one of the greatest assets. Our office, Right at Home Medway remains a strong local organisation.

The amazing team at Right at Home Reading & Wokingham District in Twyford have provided high quality care for several years and have a wonderful reputation for the quality of their care. The carers are friendly, reliable and well trained and the management team are wonderful to work with. They work really hard to understand and get to know their clients and constantly adapt to changes in their need, always with good humour and kindness. I have worked for Right at Home Nottingham North for 2 1/2 years. Throughout that time they have been nothing but amazingly supportive. Everyone from the managing director down to the care team always go above and beyond for all their clients. The care tram are celebrated for their achievements and are encouraged to learn and grow.

Following a poor experience with the carers provided for my mum on discharge from hospital, Right at Home Brentwood & Billericay stepped in and provided excellent care. The office team were professional & extremely flexible, and the carers arrived on time, were friendly and nothing was too trouble. This gave us peace of mind and I would recommend Right at Home to anyone looking for home care.

I have used Right at Home at Brentwood for roughly 10 years and from the office staff to the carers that care for mum they are all so helpful and deal with everything efficiently with care, kindness and treat mum with dignity. Nothing is too much trouble and they’ve helped us so much. I know I can trust them to care for mum which is what you want for your loved one. I would definitely recommend them to anybody.

The team at Right at Home, Maidenhead & Windsor are the most caring, thoughtful people. Right at Home Bournemouth & Poole helped with my father-in-law's in home care for several months. The team, without exception were ready for anything and dealt with him with care compassion and infinite kindness. Having the ladies visit twice a day really helped get us through the hardest of times when managing his illness and we really do not think that we could have coped without them. This is a great team and company with a wonderful ethos and we can really recommend Right at Home Bournemouth & Poole to all those facing similar care needs.
