The company is really supports me by providing regular trainings, supervision and good communication skills, and helpful team to help me whenever guidance is needed....l changed how l used to talk to the client and office through their good guidance...Thank you Bluebird for your best support

We employed Bluebird as we had previously had a good experience. This could not have been more different. We had lots of different carers who all came at different times each week, they struggled to follow instructions, some barely spoke to my Mum and one in particular would ‘bark’ instructions at her. There were a couple of good ones, but unfortunately this wasn’t enough.
There was very little understanding of dementia and despite best efforts of the manager, things did not improve.
We changed provider and things instantly improved.

Faced with the difficult decision of whether our mum should leave the family home of over 60 years or receive live-in care, we chose the latter with Bluebird Care and, we are absolutely certain it was the right choice. The care and support she has received has been nothing short of exemplary.

Her carers are truly outstanding, with her primary carer having won multiple awards at both regional and national levels for dementia care. Her dedication, compassion, and professionalism have clearly set a high standard that her colleagues consistently follow. The continuity and quality of care have made an extraordinary difference in Mum's daily life.

Before Bluebird Care's involvement, Mum rarely left the house. Now, thanks to the support and encouragement of her carers, she has reconnected with life outside the home, attending events, enjoying time in the community, and being present at family gatherings. These are experiences that simply would not have been possible without the inspiring efforts of the Bluebird team.

We have no doubt that this level of care has had a tremendously positive impact on her overall well-being. It has brought peace of mind to our entire family, knowing she is so well cared for and still able to enjoy life in her own home.

No encouragement or engagement from carers to ensure that service users are given the best care. Follow a check list of tasks, very little care given or empathy. No experience at all
