I've never worked in the care sector before and I can't tell you how pleased I am that I started with Bluebird Northumberland South. I genuinely didn't know what to expect but I never expected I would enjoy work as much as I actually do. The support from Sue and the office staff is second to none and are always there no matter what and the customers are all lovely too. Would absolutely recommend them as a company to work for. I only wish I'd done it sooner.

I have been working at Bluebird Care Northumberland South for over 6 years now, I initially started as an apprentice and now I oversee all aspects of the office as well as overseeing the invoicing & payroll side of the things. The support I receive from Sue, Wah & April is excellent and we all have a good working relationship which makes it a good place to work. The carers always offer their support when needed which shows what a great environment it is to work in.

Worked for this company 6 years now and have always found the 0ffice staff very helpful. The training is good and there is someone available 24/7 to assist you.

I work for Bluebird they are a kind, caring company.Bluebird puts thier staff and customers in the heart of everything they do.

I work for Bluebird coming up 2 years and I find the team excellent and so supportive.
Our manager is Sue ia only ever a phone call away and she dose everything in her power to provide support and really cares for her staff and also the office staff April and Callum also are there to supporting and helping.

My family also used the Blubird care services for my father-in-law and all we can say is they took excellent care of him
They all deserve a medal as they always go above and beyond.

The training and refreshers are first class that with the support I get from my manager make this the best company I have ever worked for.

I have worked in the care sector for almost 20 years & have never been supported, considered & valued so much as an employee ever!

Sue, April & Callum should be proud of the hard work they do every day to have a happy team...if we're happy our customers are happy! & I've not had one single complaint yet!

Best company I have ever worked for.
Our manager is very Customer and staff focused and the support you get is brilliant, her door is always open which is great in a job like ours.
I would say anyone who is looking for a job in care come to Bluebird Care you will not regret it.

Having Bluebird care for my mother as she wishes in her own home has taken a huge burden off my shoulders. Unlike previous providers the level of care and support has been first class. Bluebird have been superb at liaising with and helping us to negotiate the chaos that is the adult care and health services to obtain the necessary equipment and additional support services necessary for my mother's care and for them to be able to care for her.

The organisation and systems employed from the local office are superb helping to identify any problems as they occur and the local office manager Sue's dedication ensure that these are very swiftly dealt with as they occur.

My mother's team leader Dawn and her excellent team are also very dedicated to and available for the clients in her care. Again she is quick to identify any problems via Bluebirds excellent monitoring systems and to deal with any issues as inevitably they do occur.

I can not recommend Bluebird highly enough.

My father has received support from Bluebird care since October 2023. He is 98 years of age and is my world. The care is first class and exceptional! Carers are just how a carer should be compassionate, kind and caring. My Dad tells me he feels safe with all of them, especially his night time carer!
Carers have helped my father when he was seriously ill get well and keep him safe! All carers go the extra mile to support my father with his personal care and making sure he has something to eat and drink. They have not only supported my father but our family when we needed them the most, they stepped in to help us! To that I will be forever grateful! I can’t praise the carers enough and the manager too. The manager is also on hand to help if needed and is very supportive! I would be lost without them. I would highly recommend this service to anyone needing help for their elderly parent.

Whilst I have had no experience of other companies in this field, I feel sure that the assistance we have received could not be bettered. Unfortunately I have a doctrine that prevents me from ever giving 10 out of 10 or five stars to anyone or for any service or assistance I receive, hence the above rating.

Bluebird so far have been very reliable and obliging. Their carers have always satisfied my father-in-law's needs fully.
