Tracey is, a friend when I need it, my confident helper! She is always prepared to give advice when asked, as she is my clothes adviser, particular on colour and mix, as I am red/green colour blind.

We’ve always been treated with total care and respect as we all work together to support our elder. The team are professional and wonderful. Wholly recommend.

I engaged Bluebird for my 93 year old mother following a spell in hospital. She has recovered so well with the help of her Carers. They turn up at a consistent time, help with her personal care, her meals and at bedtime. I was not expecting my mum to pick up as much as she has, to the point where she can do little things for herself almost as much as before her fall. I can see the delight in her face when her Carers arrive and the increased socialisation has been a key factor in her improvement. Also, any issues and the company is straight on it. I cannot thank Bluebird enough for their help and for getting my mum (and the rest of the family) back on track.

All staff are well dressed in uniform and are very well trained . Confident and compassionate .

I recently worked at Bluebird as a Care Supervisor, unfortunately I had to leave due to personal circumstances. They made me feel welcome from day 1. The training is very intensive and the Care experts do not go out alone until they display they are competent in all aspects of care. It is the first care company I have worked for over the years that ensure the carers give the customer the full time they are allocated to their call and genuinely care for the welfare etc of their customer. I would not hesitate to recommend Bluebird either as a career choice or choosing them to care for your loved one.

Having lost my mother over 4 years ago, my father is now living alone and would not be able to have remained in his home had it not been for the fantastic team of carers Bluebird provides for him.
They provide daily evening visits to prepare a home cooked, nutritious, well balanced meal for him. They prepare a lunch for the following day which they leave in the fridge.
They do his weekly shopping - Come to the house, check what is needed pre shopping. The daily carers have a notebook which they write shopping requirements in on a daily basis so that come shopping day the carer has a complete list of all requirements. Incredibly organised!
They take him to his weekly lunch club and collect him as this is the only outing he has during the week.
They take him to his dental appts and any other appts he may have.
They are 100% professional, kind and reliable.
They go above and beyond to fulfil any requests we may have.
We have NEVER been let down once in over 4 years!
We would be totally lost without them.
We are incredibly grateful to them all!
