We’d like to thank Bluebird Care South…

We’d like to thank Bluebird Care South Lanarkshire for their support during a difficult time for our family. When our mum, Dad’s primary carer, was unexpectedly admitted to hospital, we urgently needed help. Bluebird quickly arranged 24/7 live-in care for our dad, who is living with late-stage Alzheimer’s, giving us real peace of mind.

The carers were kind, patient, and professional throughout. A special thanks to Peggy, whose empathy, respect, and gentle approach truly stood out. She built a calm, reassuring connection with Dad and was a great support to the rest of the family.

We’re very grateful for the care provided and would not hesitate to recommend Bluebird Care to others in similar situations.

First class care

The live in care provided for my father has been first class. This has allowed dad to live safely in his own home, enjoy a good quality of life and have companionship.
The carers have look after dad in a professional way but also maintaining a friendship and casual feeling to the relationship. But are 100% committed to the job.
It has lifted a great weight off the shoulders of the family and removed any fear of another fall or accident.
My father is happy, safe and well cared for.

We are grateful to Bluebird Care South…

We are grateful to Bluebird Care South Lanarkshire for assisting my mother in law with the care of my father in law. With a fairly sudden and unexpected deterioration and dementia diagnosis discharge home from hospital might not have been feasible without the additional night care Bluebird have provided. Always respectful and caring their regular and adhoc carers are allowing my father in law to remain at home in a familiar environment and we hope this will continue. Thank you to the individual carers who do a difficult job and also the management who have been very attentive to any issues we have brought up. We have had several very helpful virtual meetings.
