We cannot thank Bluebird enough for sending us Naomi Omaye as a live-in carer for my mother, who was sadly approaching the end of her life and wanted to remain at home. Naomi worked with us brilliantly for 4 weeks, nothing was too much trouble and her experience was very reassuring. She enabled mum to stay at home with dignity. and was kind, capable and compassionate. I would highly recommend Naomi and Bluebird Care. Thank you.

Great service all round

We were extremely reticent about getting care for my elderly father, who has dementia as, as a family, we preferred to manage ourselves. However we got to a point a couple of years ago when it became too much for us. We were recommended BlueBird Care and thankfully we took up this recommendation. Every single member of staff at Bluebird …… and after 2 years we have met quite a few, are absolutely lovely. The admin staff in the office are fabulous, they always have time for you and help out however they can. However it is the actual carers who are the ‘stars of the show’! We are a family of 5 (dad, mum and 3 daughters) but now we are a much larger family as the carers that we have for Dad are considered part of our family and this is due to their lovely natures’ and their willingness to help our Dad and therefore our family. Thank you Bluebird Care.

We have had some problems with equipment care and Bluebird proved to be responsive and proactive in helping to get the situation resolved with a third party supplier. In addition, they have also been responsive to needs for extra care at short notice, which relieves the stress in these situations. The carers are efficient whilst being kind and friendly.

We highly recommend Bluebird Care High Wycombe & Slough. Renay and her team have supported mum the past two years and given us great peace of mind. The office team are responsive, they really listen and the carers are friendly, caring and compassionate. We feel very fortunate to have found them.

All the care staff that help our family member (Husband & Father) on a daily basis are outstanding with his personal care, they are so respectful, nothing is to much trouble and the office team go above and beyond for our needs. You all do an amazing job..."Thank you Bluebird"

Bluebird Care have provided an excellent service with care visits, and then live-in care, for our 96-year old mother. We would highly recommend them. The carers have been efficient, caring, and a pleasure for Mum and close members of her family to deal with. They have been responsive to her requests, and have good practical experience.

The supervisory team including Eunice and Renay have been extremely efficient, and quick to respond to ad hoc requests for care changes and visit times for example. The systems work really well – the carers complete notes online after visits which are invaluable for keeping close family up to date with any issues.

Bluebird have been supporting my parents for over a year now. The carers have all been helpful, friendly and professional and the office staff have also been very helpful when we've needed to make adjustments to care provision or include additional support. Mum and Dad value having a regular main carer, backed up by others from the team. It's also very helpful that they have a weekly diary so that they know who's coming for each visit, and what time the carer will arrive - at a time that has been agreed with the family.

Care is great- Bluebird value continuity of care. My mum has found Sharnjit to be both reliable, kind, helpful, considerate and reassuring. The office help whenever they can, going beyond what is expected. Thank you!

Really excellent care for my father at a very difficult time. Eunice was respectful and very helpful in organising things quickly and Mary, his carer, was everything we could have hoped for - calm, very caring and also efficient.

Our experience with Bluebird has been absolutely fantastic. Sarah Y-C was so kind and helpful when we were first trying to set up a care package for my dad and has continued to check in with us during our first week. Our 4 carers are all super lovely - I work in healthcare myself and they are definitely a cut above the norm! The whole service has definitely felt value for money. Could not recommend Bluebird more highly if you are looking for care at home.

Everyone associated with Bluebird from my initial enquiry until now has been fantastic. Sarah YC has gone above and beyond since my dad came home from hospital in March following a severe stroke, she could not have done more. The carers are so kind and respectful in every way to my dad. He feels safe and happy with them all. Now nearly 3 months on everything is still great - thank you so much Bluebird we could not do this without you all. Thank you.

Delighted with bluebird. They have made caring for my husband stress free. I was very hesitant about using carers having heard a few negative stories but no problems at all. So would definitely recommend them

The care assistants are so friendly, approachable and caring. They always have a smile on their faces. The office team have helped on a longer term basis and have always been the ear required.
