Bluebird has been providing care for my mum for about 7 months now and she has progressed to needing a full time carer.
She now has a live in carer who we are very happy with.
Communication is good. Regular reviews take place

I cannot thank this incredible team enough for the care and dedication they have shown to my dad. From the very beginning, the carers supported him with his day-to-day needs, helping with washing and personal care several times a week. They carried out every visit with genuine kindness, professionalism, and remarkable attention to detail.

What has impressed me most is the consistency and compassion shown by the entire team. They always treated my dad with dignity and respect, ensuring he felt comfortable and supported at all times.

A very special thank you to Anke for her exceptional help and guidance. Her advice, reassurance, and commitment played such an important role in making sure my dad’s wish to return to his own home became a reality. That meant more to us than words can express.

We are truly grateful for the continued support and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this wonderful team to anyone looking for high-quality, compassionate care.

From the very first phone call to Bluebird Care in Andover we felt relieved. A very professional, friendly and efficient team set up an initial visit to discuss our mum's situation and from then on it went very well meeting the carers who looked after mum brilliantly.

Bluebird have provided visiting and live-in carers for my father, and more recently my mother. They employ experienced and well trained carers who go the extra mile to help their clients.
The company is very good at communicating with us and there are never any gaps in care provision. They have on-line, up to date care records accessible to clients. I believe they look after their employees very well.

We have just started the process of arranging to have carers help me to look after my disabled husband. Bluebird was recommended to us and we have been very impressed with the introductory visit and set up assessment that have happened so far. As a result we are confident that the service we are planning with Bluebird will be exceptional and we look forward to that.

We’ve been using Bluebird for quite a while now and they have been outstanding, recently helping us with the sudden loss of an existing care package and stepped up and helped us when we needed it. The office staff are always kind, helpful and cheerful and will always do everything to help. We have always found the carers magnificent, they always turn up in the given timeframe, they are kind, empathetic, supportive and have always treated my husband and home with respect and kindness. An outstanding care agency, we can’t fault them to be honest. Thank you for everything you’ve done to help us over the last few months.

Bluebird Care Andover and Stockbridge have recently supported our Village Abbotts Ann Fete on Saturday September 7th. I can’t praise them enough for their volunteering. The Manager Natasha Broad and her team worked tirelessly on whatever tasks were needed. For example they assisted villagers take exhibits to our Exhibition of flowers and Crafts, helped oversee exhibitions, helped with clearing up and setting up our Fete Family Disco. Nothing was too much trouble! The staff were always courteous, friendly and caring. All feedback from our village re Bluebirds has been positive and we would love to continue working with Bluebird Care on future community fetes. Despite the bad weather we raised a considerable amount of funding which will be distributed amongst our important community organisations at our AGM on November 20th 2024. Thank you again Bluebirds! Excellent carers always turn up making sure you’re getting what you need by asking before they leave. Always wear they’re ppe when appropriate

My mother has recently lost mobility after a hospital stay. She now has a bed downstairs and needs to be transferred using a mo-lift. She already had Bluebird Care visits three times a day and now they have stepped up to provide care four times a day and doubled up on the morning and bedtime visits to operate the mo-lift safely. The carers have provided great support for my 93 year old mother at a difficult time of her life and the managers have also supported the family, giving us advice and practical help when needed.

Bluebird Care provides amazing Care in the community. The staff are well trained and caring for those they provide care for. When my friend needed care , Bluebird care was recommended and they provided excellent care for her and were able to adapt her care package to suit her when we needed. I would highly recommend them.
