Bluebird Care - Alton, Petersfield & Havant Recensioni 

Highly recommended Bluebird care , from our initial enquiry to having carers start I cannot fault the service we received. Carers each evening and 3 mornings to administer medication, housework, and feed the cat for our 92 year old mum. All carers professional, friendly , mum loved them all and looked forward to them coming.
Any concerns with mum or medication was dealt with quickly by office staff and out of hours team. I found it comforting to be able to log on to family portal to see how mum was each day. Sadly mums age and health meant she has now gone into a care home for respite care, if she does return home I wouldn’t hesitate in contacting bluebird.

First time we have ventured into organising care for a family member, and bluebird made it easy for us. They were very help-full and patient with us and tailor-made a package to suit our needs.
All the carers we have had so far have been exceptional and just the team you want to look after your loved one

Thanks to all at Bluebird for all their efforts and kindness they showed to our Mum over the last few years and especially as her care needs increased in the last couple of months requiring a live in carer. We had the re-assurance that she was being well cared for, had someone to talk to and was never alone when family could not be with her, many thanks again.

Bluebird have been a lifeline for us in a very rough time . Kind, knowledgable and professional staff they truly understand what is needed and work hard to make it happen. Staff are very professional and supportive not just of the person in their care but also the carer or parent. I started working for blue bird care on the 3rd December. They are fantastic. The manager and office staff are so friendly, helpful, supportive, approachable and always at the end of the phone whenever you need them.The whole team are always happy to help and also very supportive. It’s a pleasure and privilege to work for such an amazing team! I can not wait to see what the future brings me while working for blue bird care.
The training they give is amazing and the lady that runs the training sessions is amazing!

The team have all been very friendly, responsive, empathetic and professional. The care they have provided is very experienced and has lots of training . She was carefully matched to our needs and has made remaining at home possible. Very happy with the outcome

Ive only had 1 session with bluebird. I have 2 severely autistic children and I am a single mother with no respite. Just having the 10 hours a week during the summer holidays so I can shower, sleep, shop, go for a coffee, or sit in a car in silence means I can be the best mum to those little boys.

Amy blackman is so approachable. And never makes me feel like a hinderence with my 101 questions!

Ive met Brighton and Jo, who are both extremely lovely people. They went above and beyond. Even emptied my bins and mopped my kitchen floor and hoovered my lounge! Its little things like that which really help.

Looking forward to continuing with bluebird and getting the rest for my mental health so I can be the best mum I can!

I cannot rate Bluebird Care enough! From the initial meeting to the day to day care, everything has been outstanding. Bluebird Care started supporting my parents almost a year ago, and my sister and I could not have managed without them. It has given us such peace of mind knowing that our parents are receiving wonderful help from their team of regular care assistants.Nothing is ever too much trouble.

My sister and I contacted Bluebird to assist us with caring for our very elderly Mother (100 years old). Despite her age, our Mother remains fiercely independent. The carers from Bluebird have all respected this and she has flourished as a consequence of their thoughtful help and assistance. We couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. Thank you Bluebird.

The entire team at Bluebird have been absolutely fantastic supporting our daughter on our home schooling journey.
They are caring, they listened to us when we shared feedback. They always tried their hardest to work with and for N to keep her engaged.
Amy was always on top of everything, actively engaged in meetings and showing enthusiasm not only towards her work but N as well so that they can best support her.

Great experience! Induction training was exceptional. Bluebird truly focuses on offering outstanding service to both service users and staff.

Have only worked for Bluebirds since June last year, but must say that is a great Company to work for. The support you get from management is great, there is always someone on the end of the phone to help you out. The opportunity to improve your skills are there too. You feel like you make a difference when you visit someone.

Bluebird Care in Petersfield have been looking after my mum since December. Nothing is too much trouble, all the carers are lovely. Management staff are very proactive and have always responded to any queries or updates to the care that I have asked for in a timely way and are also friendly. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. They may be slightly more expensive than some other local care companies, however the quality of service is well worth an extra few pounds. I would highly recommend.

Very good company and supporting company. The team were very welcoming and helpful. A work life balance was very important to me and Bluebird aware delivered on that promise. Having a career and being a parent is possible!

Highly recommend Bluebird Care . Supportive and Person Centred.

Bluebird Care were instructed by her family to ensure that the client, who had mental problems, took her medicine every day. That was the only essential instruction they were given. The woman with mental problems cancelled the visits. Despite the fact that payment and instructions were given by the family Bluebird Care ceased visiting the client without informing the family. The consequence was that without medicine the client hallucinated and wandered the roads at night placing her in great danger. The company still expected the family to pay the bill. The family understands that
since then the company have put into place instructions to ensure this will not happen again.
