High quality products and service
Beautiful, mature plants. We had an issue with shipping company, Bloomspace tracked down the missing parcel, providing excellent customer service along the way. Will be purchasing again and will recommend to others.

Highly recommend. I purchased a plant from these guys from seeing some other plants they had delivered. The plant I received arrived a bit damaged and that did everything to ensure this corrected and excellent communication through out

The delivery was efficient but I had asked for a card inside so my sister (who the gift was for) was aware it was from me. I sent a message to make sure in addition to choosing this option on your website but there was no card in the box.

Hi Lorraine, thanks for the time in writing a review of your experience with Bloomspace.
In regards to having out of stock plants during the middle of a pandemic, stock levels can get low due to access to growers, wholesale nurseries, etc. being temporarily blocked, so there wasn't anything we could do about that. We do always have greeting cards, but you may have got these mixed them up with gift cards (electronic cards of a specific monetary value). We will make this clearer on the website as it is confusing, so thanks for pointing this out. We will have a lot more stock in the coming months, as we introduce a new element to the Bloomspace site.
Anyway, what is most important is that your daughter loved her rubber plant. We pride ourselves on the quality, health, and size of our plants above everything else - so it is great to hear that she liked her plant. We provide excellent discounts for customers that provide reviews on our specific plants, so do let her know if she plans on adding to her indoor plant collection in the future, she will get a considerable discount by providing a product review.

AMAZING!!! my plants came THE NEXT DAY!! and were so thoughtfully and beautifully packaged! they're so healthy and gorgeous and look so amazing. i'm extremely amazed by both the responsiveness from bloomspace, the timely of my plants arrival and how healthy they are. Perfectly packed, beautiful healthy plants
My parents loved their Devils Ivy! The plants were expertly packed, they arrived in perfect condition with no damage. They were very healthy plants and exactly as described. They also were shipped to a remote area very quickly. I’m super happy and would definitely purchase again!

They didn’t get back to me but sent me a form for review
I emailed again saying I would prefer to discuss privately.. they said thanks and would send “free” plant as grateful for no bad reviews and would make it clearer that you are buying pot and a plant not a potted plant.
But despite further emails on my end no response
Despite promises made. No satisfaction.
Sorry can not recommend this company.
