Excellent and quick service
As usual, getting blood tests done via this organisation was easy, quick and hassle-free. Luxurious waiting room, pleasant and competent lady took my sample and I got my results the same day.

I got my results in 2 days instead of 5 days. Very fast service
This is my second visit in the last year
I went on Monday around 12 and by 12.15 I was already out. I booked Lupus blood test and in 2 days a got my results. This lab is very clean with polite and professional staff. Thank you!

You sent me an interim report instead of the full report so now I anxiously have to wait. You should just send out the FULL REPORT in one go!!!! Your turnaround time is 3 days so why send out a minuscule interim report in 1 day. It just feels RUSHED AND UNPROFESSIONAL with NO DOCTORS COMMENTS WHICH I ALSO REQUESTED!!!
It feels rushed unprofessional and A WASTE OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY!!!

It is not uncommon for pathology labs to send interim results within the stated turnaround time and I can see your sample was received by the lab on the 05/07/2024, the interim result was reported on 05 July 2024 17:37:48. The complete result was sent to you on 06 July 2024 10:22:19, which is within the 3 working day turnaround time. For Doctors comments an additional 2 days are added as mentioned in our results email to you.

Fast service in the clinic
Fast service in the clinic, the nurse was very careful and skilled. But I don't know why the results came so quickly = this speed was not important for me and I even don't know if it's normal to get results on the next day. For me was more important to get accurate results. So I hope these results are fine even though they came very quickly.

Check exactly what the test is for
The service itself is very efficient. However, the test I took wasn't the test I needed - I wanted to know what type of X I had rather than the quantity of X in the blood. As I result I was disappointed by the experience. My interactions with Blood Tests London afterwards were OK, but they were unable to offer any sort of refund and emphasised that this is a service for "informed" patients - even though they are advertising their services to the general public. For my part, I am pretty informed about what I wanted to test and why - it just isn't very clear on the webpage that the test offered something different.
