This company kept their promise. The product was of exceptional quality, well worth the price. Communication with the merchant was spot on, every time I communicated with them, they were quick to answer in response.
Even after I received the product, I had questions on how to operate the product, and they were able to respond very quickly. Overall, a great experience.

Switchblade Issue

I had an Issue with the Closing of the Switchblade, and Lexie was Very Knowledgeable in her Answer and the Small Video She sent to me. I figured it out from the Video, and found that my knife just needed a very small bit of Oil on the Moving Mechanism that Releases the the Blade, now its working Very Well. Thank You Lexie

Lexie made it better

Lexie made it better. I am still waiting for delivery, but I expect it will finally happen. It has been over a month, even with paying the speedy delivery fee, I am not that cool with that. But oh well. The good rating is really for Lexie’s communication and skills at helping irate(and rightly so) customers get their order delivered. Please note - as of today, I’m still waiting for delivery.
