Good information on engineer arrival.

Just taken delivery of Blomberg integrated fridge freezer, it runs quiet except for the beeping if the fridge door has been left open too long, which is good.
I also have a Blomberg chest freezer, hob and under counter oven. I can’t find a fault with any of these products, they are all reliable and the price was good too.

I paid just under £500 for a 1400 spin Blomberg washing machine,it was sold on the idea of it being a mid range quality german machine.
Thank goodness its got a 5 year warranty as its been taken in for repair twice in 14 months.
Thankfully the retailer has been very good lending a loan machine.

The dryer appears to be okay but Shame about the 5 year warrenty they give as it’s only 3 so be warned I tried to get in touch but just keep getting cut off , won’t be buying there products agajn as it’s false advertising

We bought a build-under electric oven from Blomberg. It was easy to install by the kitchen fitters and it is working very well. Both the top and the bottom ovens are a good size.
The only drawback is that the oven wire shelves are really rubbish! Firstly they have a kind of lip at the front which means that it is quite fiddly to move heavy items in/out of the oven. On top of that the oven shelves are made from the thinnest and flimsiest metal imaginable. When I put a full casserole dish into the oven, the metal bars actually buckled. My husband had to order sturdier oven shelves from another make oven to replace these flimsy ones.

One of the few companies providing a vented tumble dryer which was just what we required. Good recommendation from our local supplier CT Bell who delivered and installed it quickly.

Nice looking machine, delivered promptly by courteous staff. Love the 3 year warranty. Only used it once so far but works well and dries very quickly.

Following a kitchen refit I purchased both a Blomberg under counter fridge and freezer. Was limited in what was available with frost free option and size I needed and was so pleased to find that Blomberg could provide the solution.

Very pleased with the fridge nice lot of room inside not as quite as my old fridge but its not noisy keeps everything nice and cold

Sadly I can’t rate lower than 1. We bought a Bloomberg LWI1284410 from Stellisons in 2023. The first problem we had with it was the concrete in the drum shattered, and then it happened again. We have had 6 warranty repair call outs and it’s still failing. It also causes clothes to RIP. Still Bloomberg refuse to replace what is clearly not fit for purpose. The weeks we have lost taking our washing to friends and neighbours waiting for a repair. It’s one things having a poor product but when you couple that with poor customer care it’s appalling. I hope that no one else ever receives such a bad product and service - it feels like Russian roulette when all I want is a washing machine that is reliable and works - dream on!

They arrived on time and are very pleased with both our dishwasher and washing machine. Also found getting the extended guarantee was also very quick and efficient.
All in all so far very pleased with our appliances.

Less than happy that my old Blomberg control board failed after only six years. Apart from that we like how quiet the machine is, hence buying a new one . Quite expensive but J guess you get what you pay for.

Delivered when they said it would be. Very efficient.

Had to replace our old machine, and the Blomberg machine was the best value for money plus a good warranty.

It is early days for a review as still have to get used to various programs and therefore not all of them tried out yet. Generally, I am pleased with the choices, speed and overall performance of my Blomberg washing machine.

I purchased a washing machine on 16/9 - delivered 23/9 and the problems of getting it registered have been unbelievable, To date I have had a total of 78 - yes 78! exchange of messages through WhatsApp with your staff and the incompetence by the majority is beyond belief. All the paperwork regarding registration has been full of errors and even today are still not 100%. I do hope the machine works better and I have never cause to use the warranty!!!!!

We have both Blomburg Fridge and Freezer and think that they are a great design and a huge improvement to our previous Hotpoints in terms of quality. Would have given 5 star rating but the advertised 5 year warranty for registering on line did not happen? We still have the 3 year warranty which is again an improvement on predecessors

The vented tumble dryer is exactly as advertised. The different programs are easy to understand and the appliance is, therefore, easy to use. It is a lot better than a Hoover tumble dryer that we had tried but had to return because the touch sensors didn't work, it was a disaster.
