Items looked great. But unfortunately I think we were the one's that had a faulty batch. Because the first integrated freezer lasted 2 weeks, by the time the engineer came, then the repair team the total time was over a month without a freezer. After trying to re gas the freezer the repair team agreed that it was faulty. So company we purchased from came and collected it and we were issued an exact replacement. Unfortunately that one lasted one week before same problem happend. This time it was agreed to be removed and replaced with another freezer of a different make. This one so far has lasted months. So fingers crossed.
Customer services were unbelievably helpful though to their credit.

Absolutely shocking customer service Dryers not even 3 years old and we have had to replace it I would give them no stars at all avoid

Min Blomberg vaskemaskine er gået i stykker efter bare et halvt år ! Jeg skal vente næsten en uge, før der kan komme en reparatør ud og lave den.
Blombergs kundeservice er desuden utrolig dårlig.
En virkelig arrogant og nedladende medarbejder, taler ned til en og er ekstremt ubehagelig.
Ikke en god oplevelse overhovedet !

I had to replace my NEFF Induction Hob with your ceramic hob due to me having been fitted with a heart pacemaker.
I accept that a ceramic hob is less responsive than my previous induction hob, but I shall just have to get used to that. The one feature of your hob is the poor ergonomics of the control panel. It is, in my opinion, too stretched out laterally; the icons are not very visible, also touching the illuminated radiant icon will not select the radiant, one much touch a point below the icon. I had hoped to be able to attach an image of my old NEFF induction hob that shows the difference in control panel format, but I cannot see how to attach such an image.
I like the five year guarantee.

product arrived and was installed quickly also htere is a 5 year warranty. We already had a product from this company and have been pleased with it.

The numbers supplied don't work and it seems it can only be done on line
Staff were trying to be helpful but couldn't

Disappointed, I purchased this Larder fridge as it stated a 5 year parts and labor warranty, however when I registered it I only got a 3yr standard warranty.
Very disappointed I am now in retirement and having moved thought that was going to be a lot of free worrying.

Easy to use, early days only a couple of washes to date so time will tell. Good warranty which is important to me. Good price alsol !!,

The machine is efficient and versatile. It is unfortunate that the Quick Start instructions need a magnifying glass to read them.

Looks more expensive than it was
