I signed up with Blofin to take advantage of their deposit bonus for black friday. Unfortunately, it turned into a nightmare. After depositing $2,000, furthermore I couldn’t withdraw my funds due to constant errors with the KYC process via Sumsub. When I reached out to support, their responses were useless, barely understandable English and full of bot-like copy paste answers. I never got any help, and now I’m left with a lot of frustration and no access to my money. This is a blatant scam. Avoid this platform at all costs!

Dropped 35k USDT, chased a juicy USDT bonus they promised after 7 days. It's day 15 now, no bonus, no refund, No FAQs, support not responding, not even a we'll get back to you bot email. No feedback whatsoever. I will always consider channels like primeeightt where promises turn into action and support actually supports. Solid payments, no games, just results.

Sumsub online ID verification gives me error when I upload my drivers license to verify my Blofin account and unlock higher withdrawal limits.

I contacted Blofin support to escalate the issue so someone at Sumsub can manually verify my ID but support is clueless and intentionally unhelpful.

Most of the time it's broken English responses or the response doesn't address the question.

Clearly you can see my Trustpilot account is verified here using the same ID so the issue is not me but your verification partner.

Horrible customer support and terrible ID verification.
I provided all the requested documents for the verification process and somehow it was denied. Tried to look to the option to redo it but there's none. Contacted customer service, but all the responses were generic answers that gave absolutely zero value (it felt like I was talking to a bot more than a person); furthermore, they could not elaborate based on customer's need regarding a specific problem. After that, I asked for account deletion which once again full of prescript replies back trying to convince me that I can still use their services without being verified. In short, NOT TRUSTWORTHY!!! Don't put your money into this BS platform and then one day they might vanish alongside with your funds.

Eben gerade Blofin mit VET für 100 dollar getestet, konnte ohne KYC einzahlen und 10 minuten später wieder auszahlen.
musste nur passkey und authenticator und tel nummer einrichten. die vet coin waren in Minuten von binance da und genauso schnell gingen sie wieder zurück.

also versteh das hier nicht, vlt sind die Leute nicht in der Lage authenticator usw zu benutzen.

When I signed up I asked everything about NO KYC police with their agent "KIM".
Kim said, I can withdraw up to 20,000 USDT/day without providing any documents.
I was satisfied and deposited $5000 worth BTC into my blofin account.
As soon as I made deposit and later tried to withdraw, It got failed saying that they need multiple documents including KYC, Selfie, proof of funds, Source of funds, My bank statement, My every single document.

Without providing these, They will steal my assets. And freezes my withdrawals. A COMPLETE BLACKMAIL!

NEVER USE THIS PLATFORM. THEY WILL FREEZE YOUR ASSETS. YOUR FUNDS ARE NOT SAFE THERE!

I had funds lost to a hacker on the BloFin exchange. Despite having security measures in place, the exchange itself let me down.

My email was compromised by a hacker and within 5 minutes accessed my BloFin account and transferred $10k out. BloFin claims no suspicious IP address was noted on their system so they didn't flag the withdrawal made.

BloFins poor security measures resulted in my lost funds, as within 15 minutes of the transfer being initiated I had made contact with support.

Their support specialists have gaslighted me throughout the whole process. Claim that passwords were never changed on me, but I was force logged out 4 times while trying to secure my account. Did BloFin prioritise an IP address location over my own regular one? Many questions left unanswered with zero helpful answers from support other than it's not their problem and "please continue to support BloFin".

Be cautious to use this exchange, other exchanges may have slightly higher fees but offer far greater security protocols for withdrawals. DO NOT USE BLOFIN

Beware of fraud. I've been waiting rest of my money for a long time and even this hasn't been paid out of my BloFin account. I have also now noticed that others feel the same way and this company freezes funds on random accounts. Always just excuses and manipulation in chat support that make no sense from start to finish. Support not want to listen to me and rejected my answers. I even offered ID verification to get my money, but they don't even want to accept this in support and insist that they don't want to pay out my money either. Here it is very clear that the rules are being exploited for one's own scam advantage. The also always reply that you should contact the email again in order to look good on the Clearnet and it looks as if this broker supposedly follows all the rules (but its not true and all scam). If you get back to email support, the vicious circle repeats itself. a really bad scam from them. Stay away from this broker if your money is important!!!!!

I still haven't received my money. This is 100% a scam. Meanwhile, Blofin has reported my review and is trying to delete it. Blofin is also trying to delete other negative reviews from real members.

Payouts are withheld on purpose. From now on the highest alert level: scammers.

If you want to lose your money then send it there. You shouldn't make the same mistake I did.

They pulled an absolute bait and switch on me. Do not trust this exchange, their fees are horrendous they are also just a copy paste of other exchanges except with 7 times the fees . MEXC is better than this exchange in every single aspect!

Bonuses are a just away to lure unsuspecting customers

I’ve been trading perpetual for the last 3 years on mexc, Bitget, Bingx, but Blofin is by far the best. I don’t understand the negative reviews. Regarding fees use limit orders instead of market orders if you’re opening up large positions. Limit order or 1/5 the price

Tried to exit a long position and was given an error message-unauthorised token and ket Null.no way to contact them.Position liquidated twice-stay away!

They are scammers not legit leverage trading… high fees hidden fees… if you leverage trade scalp trade you will not make any money… they only apply your gains to your margin and not the whole leveraged position but they will charge you for the whole leveraged position… they keep all your profits and only give you your gains percentage X your margin that’s not leverage trading the gains apply to the whole position or else what’s the point of trading at large volume to only have the gains apply to your margin, ridiculous… also if you use the market price the system consistently opens and closes your position at a loss for you not at all where you expected the trade again for scalp trading where you need to act fast you will end up in a losing position as soon as you open the trade… scammers all the way your better of playing a slot machine
