How can 73% people give negative reviews and still the BloFin Exchange keeps sending message "send us your account UID and a detailed description of the issue to email address. We will promptly follow up and resolve the matter for you. Thank you for your understanding and support."

The same reply to everyone and lot many people keep on losing money and the Youtubers on the other hand keep promoting these exchanges as sponsored by BloFin and the negative reviews on Trustpilot is 73%.

I just in this week had a terrible experience with MEXC Exchange. The same is going with MEXC Exchange. They give Youtubers some money to promot their exchange and are scamming all the people. The NEGATIVE reviews on Truspilot for MEXC Exchange is 86%

What is this going on?

Hi, my name is carl,I have been trading with Blofin for less than 2 months, I had so many issues with them, and i was constantly losing money! So I decided I was going to withdrawal rest of my assets, And believe me They didn't let me withdrawal, Instead they requested that I pay money as security fee because my account was flagged for suspicious activities!! luckily for me th e firm on name sec tion fought for me BUT I'd warn you all to avoid using BloFin. They're SCAMMERS FOR SURE!! AND THEY DESERVE ABSOLUTELY NO STAR!

I’m leaving this review to warn other traders about my experience with Blofin Exchange. I was recently liquidated while holding fully hedged futures positions due to unexplained and arbitrary margin adjustments. Here’s what happened:

I had 4 trades open:

- BTC long and short (equal hedged positions)
- An ALT long and short (equal hedged positions)

On most exchanges, equal hedging would eliminate liquidation risk by setting the liquidation point to zero. However, Blofin doesn’t handle hedging this way and arbitrarily adjusted my margin and liquidation levels without notice or transparency.

In the past, when I tried to add funds to protect my account during low margin periods, those funds didn’t reflect in time, making it difficult to derisk or safely exit my positions. At one point, my BTC position was $20K in profit, but due to the system’s unpredictability, I was too hesitant to take profit.

Eventually, I was unexpectedly liquidated despite two of my trades being in profit.

This experience raises concerns about transparency and proper risk management on the platform. I would caution traders to think twice before using Blofin—especially when trading with leverage or attempting to hedge positions.

I notice my pnl on futures wasn't matching my position size and margin.

Do not use them. Very deceitful I think I lost $10,000 in five days

Awful, total chart manipulation on their end to knock you out of trades, their charts do not match Trading View or any other genuine charts, they need Investigating and shutting down.

Worst funding rate in maket for perps and mobile app not available for NZ customers.

The platform works fine but I have noticed some of my profits don't add up in my Total Value / Balance. Luckily, I am only trying Blofin with small trades so the amounts were not big but this has made me skeptical to continue trading on it or not.

Fully Rigged Please stay awake fake exchange and will manipulate your close rate... plus really high fees

Update * it got worse. They promised me refund never delivered

So far loved the app, but then I had a leverage on trump coin at $61, which then was on its way to $63. But then Blofin took it all away saying it reached its 100% threshold when it went down to 58 but it never did. I have proof and it was still going up to 63. So because of a glitch instead of being up $2k I lost everything at $387. I contacted customer support hoping they can resolve this.

I don‘t understand all the bad reviews. Everything is working well & fast! And everything without KYC.

I began trading with Blofin a few months ago and believed everything was going great. When I tried to make a withdrawal they said I had to pay a security fee because they believed my bank was involved with money laundering. I tried to pay the fine but was unable to raise the full amount before they started charging me 5% a day. Now I have lost everything and I’m unable to log into the website to check on my profits. They have not responded to any of my emails so I don’t believe this platform is real. So much money lost.

I want to delete my Blofin account but they make it impossible, I've been searching how to do this for hours and turns out they dont have an 'delete account' option. I have sent a mail but am still waiting to get a response. Hope to hear back from them.

This is the worst possible exchange app ever. I can't buy crypto cause I can't move my funds from the FUTURES account to SPOT account, and YES they are that dumb to separate it (like no other exchange has).

I transferred some crypto from another platform and the crypto disappeared. It first showed as confirming on BloFin but then it completely disappeared. I never received my crypto it was stolen!!! I will be closing down this account!!

I wish it were possible to give Blofin zero stars, because that's what they leave their users with: zero.

Users get liquidated. At first, I thought it was just a fluke. Then I started seeing liquidations when I was only down 50%! I looked on a REAL chart, not their made-up [insert word for the dung of a bull], and there was no "red knife" that would've caused the first one that I caught. I told myself there was no way, but went about my business. The next time it happened, I contacted support only to be told that there was a lot of volatility, and even though the price I was forced to sell at wasn't even close to the bottom of a candle during that particular long, their "researcher" - another support person, informed me that they're able to see candles we aren't.

Really? Because I have TradingView premium and it shows me data down to the tick. I told the support person that, and they never gave me an adequate answer.

I've noted that every response here is to"contact support," and I can't help but ask "for what?" in reply, when the response is always the same for that particular issue.

It's a shame that it's one of the only KYC-free exchanges, but we all know that won't last long anyway, and it's already changing.

Blofin needs to get its marbles in one bag - their reviews are terrible, I am not at all shocked to see that my experience isn't unique, nor any different from any other user, and these are just the TrustPilot reviews. My little signals group of 200 people just en masse swore off Blofin.

Get your act together Blofin - you could be something great, but so far you're just another scammy CEX that won't be operating much longer if you keep taking advantage of your users.s

shocking level of fees, I couldn't understand how I would make a profit then my amount was always lower ,easy to use but outrageous amount of fees.
