Terrible, I'm glad I did not get to put money into this platform. I haven't even crossed the id verification portion yet and am already experiencing terrible service. i used my passport as verification, I do have other documents but assumed a passport was best. For whatever reason it failed and customer support wont give me a solution or answer to why it did. I've read others had issues withdrawing because verification couldn't go through. Im glad I ran into this before i deposited money. Don't use, find another platform.

I had 140+$ in my futures wallet
I opened trade with 1% of my wallet which should be around 1.40$ with leverage
And my liquidation price was around 22/23k on btcUsdt
When i click open trade BAM yrade opened with 14&+ almost 15$ and my liquidation price was 83k while my opening price was around 86k ( long position on btc )
This shit happened 2 times with same bullshit
1% of wallet that should be around 1.4$
But it opened with 14+$ usd
And i lost like 14$ once and 4$ once
I had to close 90% of the trades when price was getting out of hand

Blofin Exchange Fully Fraud cause, i win Blofin Telegram group $5+$10+$10 and Discord Group $5 but they are give me only $5, i contact Blofin support for my reward but they said Blofin not paid the remaining $25 to join the Telegram & Discord group event,If events were written so that one user could join a group event, I would never join another group's event (it Blofin Exchange mistake).Blofin Exchange has been unfair with me.If they were unjustice for a small Dollar, If i deposit USD would be even more unjustice with me.

They say no KYC but then won't let you withdraw your funds until you verify KYC. This exchange is horrendous to deal with.

DO NOT USE!! (Trading over 10 yrs, I’m super safe trader low risk margin trader survived many crypto crashes) I was liquidated at 195% buffer margin lost 50k+, zero of my accounts hit liquidity price not even a “wick down” not including their graphs numbers never match anything on trading view or any other major exchange. Taux staking/earning très attractifs (par exemple ADA 10%, ALGO 10% lock 7 jours). J'ai déposé mes ALGO de l'exchange Bitrue vers Blofin mais n'ai pu staker qu'à hauteur de 2000 ALGO (seuil). Le reste renvoyé sur mon exchange : aucun souci de transfert. Les 7 jours terminés, unstake. A ce moment-là tous les taux attractifs de staking avaient disparu pour laisser des taux très faibles (ALGO à 0.8% par exemple). Cependant j'ai pu sans problème retirer mes 2003 ALGO vers Bitrue moyennant 0.008 ALgo en gas. Donc bonne expérience aller/retour de tokens, mais déçu des changements de taux ensuite. C'est ma seule expérience sur cette plateforme, donc 4/5.

Stay away from this platform they refused to approve my withdrawals request while my account is verified and after I sent them my documents again for verification still nothing and their customer support is full of crap I won't recommend this platform they lack transparency and accountability ............... Don't be shy to seek help
I refused to let them go away with my money filed a complaint and got everything back within few days

I sent them proof, they said great and that they'll look into it, and now they haven't followed up. Lost all money deposited. Not to mention, their platform is terrible. Lots of issues. My computer was hacked, and BTC was transferred out. After a couple of hops, it landed in a BloFin wallet. I contacted BloFin support, but they will not communicate as to whether they are even investigating. What jurisdiction is BloFin in? I've seen the Cayman Islands, Marshall Islands, and Hong Kong. Which authorities can force BloFin to assist?

I created an account, did the necessary verification, and then transferred money (€ 1000,-) to the account.
It was still not added to my account after 3 business days. I emailed the support and got a swift reply.
They asked for PDF statement of the bank transfer.
Supplied that immediately.
Then days go by, emailed them again, but no reply...

Update: After 11 days the money was on my account.
I changed it from 1 start to 3 stars. The long waiting with unclear expectations are bad.

Will try everything to keep your assets, making you jump through every hoop to get back what is yours. Bonuses not delivered and very shady exchange. I would avoid if you don't want to be f**ked around

Misleading balances & unfair practices

This platform is showing inaccurate balances in user accounts. The amount displayed does not match the actual value that can be withdrawn, which is highly misleading. When assets are delisted, users end up losing value in small increments — a practice that seems designed to go unnoticed but directly benefits the company.

This is not only unfair but also raises serious legal and ethical concerns. If a platform cannot display funds transparently and allow customers to withdraw exactly what they see, it should not be allowed to operate. I strongly warn others to be cautious, and I believe this company should be investigated and shut down.

Horrendous business.
Dodgy as shit. Fees destroy your profit. Hidden fees all over the place. The math of their calculations also don't add up.
Customer support is useless.
DO NOT use Blofin if you are considering it

Joined Blofin due to no need for KYC if withdrawal is less than 20k. Tried withdrawing 10USD as a trial transaction, and was refused. Indicating I need to provide KYC and all screenshots of deposit and withdrawal. When I had only done 3 deposits as a new customer. I have zero trust on this platform reading the reviews here .
