This company is a scam I rejected the order upon delivery as per their instructions because i no longer wanted the item and it went missing on its way bavk to china they refused to give a refund absolute SCAM DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM they say shipped from UK then make lies that warehouse has sold out so will be shipped internationally then they takes weeks and months to reply....complete waste of time and money

Pillow was thin & poor quality. It took a months to get hold of someone to request return - then the return address given was in Turkey - £22 postage to return - avoid at all costs. I currently have a dispute open with the bank. SCAM!

Avoid, my order claimed delivery time would be 3-7 days but it actually took over a month and came from China. When I tried to contact them about the delay the response was slow and unhelpful. Tried to return but again they were useless, accepted no responsibility and the return address was in Turkey so cost a fortune.

My partner ordered one of these specifically because it said uk in the name and website. Then as with many others took 3+ weeks to arrive and when it did I said you just can’t use that, it’s awful. So started the return process of posting it to Turkey.

We sent it, had tracking and saw it delivered and signed for the other end. No refund followed. For weeks. Multiple emails so we just did a chargeback. For those who don’t know, chargebacks costs businesses a lot of money, on top of a forced full refund.

Miraculously they emailed, VERY threatening tone saying it was false that we hadn’t returned it (even though we’d sent the tracking info to them many weeks ago, multiple times)

Chargeback achieved, full refund and it brings me great joy to know they also got a high charge from their bank.

Do chargebacks people, they can’t just ‘get away with it’ collate your evidence and keep it safe as your bank works for you from that evidence. Also, make sure you send it signed for!

Ordered the maternity pillow and after three weeks tracking it from America and China I emailed them and after a while was told i can return it and my own cost when it does arrive.

But the tracking stopped working, I didn’t hear a thing back from them so I contacted my bank.
The bank refunded me and then when the product finally arrived I informed my bank and they said they will take the money back to refund the merchant as the product was delivered - totally fine.

The product itself I just binned going off how unhygienic and dirty the packaging was.

After a month I get an email off ‘customer services’ saying my emails went to their spam and threatened me with ‘further action’ for my refund from the bank as it’s ‘malpractice’

I have told them the bank is refunding them and I can’t speed the process they are taking the money on 8th October … and that threatening me over a miscommunication when they went silent on me was unnecessary and accusing me of withholding goods and money is appalling.

Funny how it was the same email thread they replied to me at first but when I started asking more questions they say it must have went to ‘spam’

When asking them to email me back accepting that the bank is refunding them and to put my mind at ease, I’ve heard nothing. I’ve found comfort in these other reviews where people have had a similar experience and knowing my bank is initiating the refund to them in a weeks time but not what you need 6months pregnant.

Anyone wanting amazing products and customer service BabyGo are amazing and also BellaMoon where proceeds go to a mum and baby charity …. Do not waste your time with this company/scammers/bullies.

Complete Scam.

Ordered from here in the middle of the night when struggling to sleep whilst heavily pregnant. Initially the item took weeks to arrive as its clearly drop shipped from China. Emailed asking if I could cancel and received no response.

When the item did arrive it was honestly terrible. It came vacuum packed, offered barely and filling and didn’t reinflate. Would have literally been pointless to sleep on. To return it you have to pay shipping to Turkey which was excessive for a £40 pillow especially when the site is advertised as a UK site.

Initiated a chargeback through my bank and have now received an email threatening legal action.

Absolutely terrible company.

Never received the pillow I ordered. Have emailed the company twice. No response. Awful. DO NOT ORDER

They took my money, didn’t send confirmation. I didn’t received my pillow or got a reply from them! Yet I still receive their other emails! So every time I report them for fraud. Please don’t ever buy from them. The correct pillow brand is ‘ baby bub’ luckily my bank returned my money and they are looking into them.

HERE! Absolute scam! They send items from China, returns are at your own cost to Turkey which costs as much as the product itself, and that’s if you even receive a product! Customer service is one email address which you’re lucky to get a reply from. The refund policy and 90 day money back promise is a complete lie as is their cancellation policy which states you can have a refund if you cancel within 24 hours! This is a scam which takes advantage of pregnant women in their time of need!

The pillow itself is not great, definitely not worth the price. The covers are scratchy material.
The design is a gimmick and isn’t as adjustable as needed. The pillows were quite flat even though given time to air out/fluff up.

The shipping stated would be coming from the UK, which would be 3-5 business days. However, it came from China and took over 2 1/2 weeks to arrive.

Customer service has been very poor, very delayed responses.
Almost 2 weeks since my request for the “90 day” no hassle return was started and I have had no correspondence.

Please don’t waste your time or money!
Go for the standard pregnancy pillows you can find in stores.

This company falsely claims a certain shopping experience e.g swift delivery and no hassle 90 day trial returns as has not delivered on any of their claims.
I hope this review helps someone not make the same mistake! Pregnancy can be uncomfortable but don’t make it even more uncomfortable dealing with this company.

If they resolve the problem I will amend this review, if it not resolved I will make a complaint to the ombudsman as have given plenty of opportunity to resolve.

I’ve unfortunately fallen victim to this scam as well. The pillow I received arrived damaged, with the foam literally spilling out of the seams – absolutely unbelievable quality for something advertised as “premium.” Delivery took an age, and when it eventually turned up it had been shipped from China in extremely unhygienic packaging.

I immediately sent the company photographs of the state it arrived in, but instead of resolving the issue they kept me in limbo with vague replies before going completely silent. It was only afterwards that I discovered the company isn’t even based in the UK as their website claims, but in Turkey – with no offices here whatsoever.

SCAM!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM BLISSFUL BABY! Flimsy products and rubbish customer service. Firstly it takes an absolute age for the product to arrive as it comes from China. I don't have a problem with Chinese products but the website does not make this clear. This is not a UK based company! Then when you return an item, your asked to send it to Turkey where they don't accept the delivery and send it back to you. So not only have you paid for your items, you spend an extra £20 to return. Money lost and left with useless products that I wouldn't even give to charity

Poor quality, even poorer customer service. Maternity pillow was not as shown or described on the website.
I sent an email to request a return label. Got a reply after almost 3 weeks and was informed and would need to return the pillow to Turkey at my own cost. They would then consider giving me a refund

Total scam. As with the others here, I ordered a pillow and never received it - no reply to my multiple emails. I wish I had read reviews!!

The website specifically has UK in the name but their products come from China! Very misleading

Absolute scam site. This retailer is not a UK company as their name suggests. It's a Chinese scam. Ordered from this company as they had a registered UK address and webpage URL however still fell into the trap of crappy Chinese scam. After paying £45 for a pregancy pillow on the 3rd August, I am still waiting for my delivery (it's now the 17th August). No communication from the email address provided on their website and no other way to contact them. Like others have said, the tracking says its being shipped feom China and has been 'in transit' now for 10+ days. All I wanted was a good night's sleep but I'm now at the point where I'm laying awake thinking about being scammed.

I wish I had checked out TrustPilot before buying this pillow. Instead I am just adding to the other pregnant women that has been left scammed. I too tried to return my Chinese nothing like the photos also does nothing to help my sleep pillow that I got after paying good money and I too got the same ‘return unused and to Turkey’ even after I pointed out numerous times via an email back and forth that they advertise ‘ Love it or your money back! - 90 night risk free trial’ and ‘ It’s simple. Love your sleeping experience with our Winged Designed Maternity Pillow or get your money back. No hassle, no questions. Just contact us for an easy return.’ yeah right. You should be disgusted in yourselves scamming vulnerable pregnant women who are simply looking for a good night sleep. Avoid avoid avoid!

Ordered the pillow and was very disappointed with what turned up. I contacted them immediately to request to return it and was ignored. After chasing I did get a response asking for photos of the pillow, so much for their “easy” and “no questions asked” 90 day return policy. I’ve been ignored again. Don’t waste your time or money, it’s pretty much a scam for pregnant people

SCAM!!!! Avoid at all costs
I have not received my item I have paid for!
Company is taking advantage of vulnerable pregnant women. This company states it is based in the UK when it is not!
They ship from China with an extensive markup. The delivery time frames are false.
They will not communicate with you once you have placed an order. All of the reviews and product awards are fake and untrue which is against UK consumer law.
Avoid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
