Bangle bracelet was beautiful but it was too small to go over my wrist. It did not come in a larger size so I had to return it. The return label did not have a QR code for USPS to scan. I am still awaiting my credit . I returned the bracelet at USPS August 5th.

Absolutely beautiful pearl earrings!** These are so petite and elegant—I love them. They arrived within just two days, which was a lovely surprise. I shopped around quite a bit, and these were by far the best value for the price. I’m really happy with my purchase and will definitely buy again!

I placed an order on 7/1/24. The only thing I ever received was an order confirmation. I waited a few days Never received a tracking number or any other correspondence. I've repeatedly emailed with no response. This company is an absolute scam!!!

I placed MULTIPLE orders on July 1st .. received a confirmation email stating processing/ tracking info... Checked the order today and it states website not available. I hope someone can check this order number 31013 and find my additional orders as well as tracking info. In these days no one should be ok with scamming hard working people!!!

Seems this is the only way I can get a chance to be heard. Been almost two weeks since I ordered and no tracking number to be found. I emailed twice no response. So pissed off this is a SCAM. At this point I’m not expecting anything to arrive.

I placed an order on June 9. Got a tracking number, but never received any communications about ship date and the tracking website just kept saying the order was being processed. I wrote an email on June 28 to see if I could get any information, and on June 29 my credit card was charged again for the order I never got!!! I have disputed the charges and will get the appropriate bureaus involved if this issue is not resolved. I’m disappointed and disgusted!

I ordered some jewelry from them back in February 23 2024 and still haven’t received anything then when I reached out to them one time I didn’t receive a response the second time they told me that I had to wait for customer service to respond it’s June 3 2024 and I have yet to receive a tracking number or a response back or anything saying I can get my money back

I got to track my order and everything was good untill today when my order was supposed to arrive it didn’t so I went in the website and it said sorry shop is currently unavailable like what what about my order b

It's been 7 days of my order and I have sent a email as well as everyone else, but still no response.
I have tried to track my order but it's not going through, why are we waiting for our package's to be sent and no tracking number found.
Please let me know why this is happening to your customer's.

This place is 100% a SCAM. I have emailed several times about my order and I've gotten nothing but generic BS answers from some person claiming to be "Tony Gualtieri". I've asked for a tracking number 5 times and never given one. Promised delivery by May 25, never came. I've reported them to the FTC, BBB, and filed a police report for fraudulent charges.

Ordered twice from the store. Never got my items. Went to check in on it today and store is down. How tf am I supposed to get my stuff now. Complete scam. unbelievable
