Blingjewelry.com is a great site, they have beautiful jewelry and they have great customer service. I lost an earring back after receiving my earrings and Blingjewelry.com found a couple of them to send me even though it was my fault. They have a customer for life.

Ce site est une arnaque totale ! Sous prétexte de vendre des bijoux en or, ils vous font expédier depuis la Chine de la camelote à 2€. Je suis très en colère pour mon fils ado qui a cru faire une affaire.
En plus ils ne s'en cachent pas et ne prennent même pas la peine de changer l'enveloppe Alibaba qui arrive de Chine. Si leurs produits vous plaisent prenez les chez alibaba ce sera au bon tarif.

Very disappointed. A necklace I purchased as a Christmas gift broke almost immediately. After a dozen emails with attached pictures of the broken necklace, the company did not stand behind their product & replace it. I will never purchase from this company again. Waste of money!

I ordered a letter pendant necklace and it came damaged with scratches all over and one very large scratch through the letter, so I sent it back for an exchange. Almost one month later I receive the "exchange" I asked for. To my surprise I opened it and found the EXACT SAME necklace inside. I have emailed customer service 3x and called during business hours 2x and have went to voicemail every time and have "server issues" for the email. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and the poor quality of merchandise.

Got a bracelet as a gift. Too small. The person who gave it to me no longer has the receipt or order number.

Tried to use the company’s Chat line. There is no one there... ever.

Emailed them. Got back some computerized responses. I have asked to be able to exchange the bracelet for something comparable. The string of responses keeps asking me for an order number or receipt. Clearly I am communicating with a non human.

Not a good company to work with. Would not recommend buying from them.

On November 13th, I made an order on the blingjewellery website. And I'm still waiting for delivery, or rather the promise that the package will arrive, although the tracker has not been tracked since November 18. In our age of progress and human interaction, I was simply shocked by the fact that the letters of the customer who paid for the order are simply ignored. I am a lawyer, and now I am trying to understand which organizations need to write complaints in order to bring the company to justice for the stolen money and moral damage.

This company needs to have a better customer service division. I ordered a necklace over a month ago and have yet to receive my order. And was now told that it will take another 10 - 25 days to deliver. Sorry dear daughter.

Still have not shipped my Grill. I was expecting a month ago. And still no tracking information..

It’s a beautiful ring that I wear all the time. It’s a great value and I like that it we were able to have it engraved.

I saw the website ad on a Google search and for the prices, thought it give it a look. Not only are the prices reasonable, they have so many unique options it blew my mind. I was looking for friendship rings for my best frie d and i. We both love horses so we chose the horseshoe rings. I've gotten so many compliments on how pretty and different it is. The ring saved my friends finger frombeing smashed at work, unfortunately it's unbearable now, but if rather her have her fingers so thank you fir the beautiful and strong design.

I bought a necklace and earrings for my child. She loved them. She's sensitive to all other metals so I had to buy her gold, her ears didn't hurt and she loves her necklace. I bought myself one of the stone bracelets & I like it very much. I would recommend Bling Jewelry to my friends and family.
