Great quality. Both blinds predicted to be ready for Sunday 4 days from purchase date. Called Monday, and they could never find out and promise a specific date till they turned up over a week later. I don’t mind getting them 2 weeks after purchase, just don’t make a promise you can’t keep.

But again, great quality and price.

The shop salespeople were most helpful, the chap who measured and installed was also very good. The blinds had to be changed as they were different lengths ( blame the factory) but they were quickly changed. No complaints!

We are always happy with our consultant Ashley Villeneuve and our installer, Ryan. However, we ended up being swayed in our decision of four blinds versus two, the former being our initial choice, by Ryan. While we were able to change our order back to the initial four blinds we were penalized and unable to benefit from the initial special. This was disappointing as we were return customers within a short timeframe.

We do consider that the value is always excellent and that the installer is phenomenal at installing.

If I could give negative 5 rotten tomatoes that would still not make my experience better. They screwed up with my order and the blinds are just bad quality with lots of delays and horrible customer service. Someone reached out from Trustpilot for more. The two order numbers are Order Number: 620903 and 617473. I ordered in late July and only received part of the order by mid September. Next I was back at the store for repairs. By the time i received the remaining items and the repaired items it was early November. I drove to the store at least 8 to 10 times if not more to pick up/dropoff blinds and repairs. I made so many calls to customer service as well as the store and was given a run around because I placed the order online and was picking up at the store.

The blinds still dont go up properly and have only been using a little over a month. I was planning to buy more blinds for the rest of the rooms but I will be looking else where.

Terrible quality of blinds. The blinds have pin holes in them which the store did not fix and they were not willing to give further discount. I would never recommend Blinds to Go for window treatments. Order #973608

I have been purchasing blinds from Blinds to go for years, along with purchasing some blinds for our children’s new homes. I loved the choices of their different products, the price are great, their services are exceptional. All of their employees are so knowledgeable, are so polite and kind when serving their customers. They have knowledge with any or every questions I had. All in all I give them a 5 stars plus and have referred to friends over the years. Thank you again to the lady that served me when I picked up my blinds a few weeks ago. I am very pleased with the blinds you helped me with you choosing. I love them very much!

This was by far the worst service experience I have had dealing with a company. Had much more comprehensive and friendly service from Home Depot. Product was also much cheaper.

The blinds for my living room work very well and are excellent at blocking the draft from the windows. The only thing is there is a small gap at the top left hand corner of the window between the head rail and the window frame.

Always helpful, professional service at this location. And Blinds to Go has always provided a quality product. Definitely a repeat customer.

The blind is good quality, easy to install and we received it in less time than we expected. Pricing is expensive but comparable to other companies. Blinds are just expensive anywhere in my opinion, if you need a custom size. The service was very friendly. The only improvement l would suggest is for the salesperson to ask more very important questions about installation concerning the brackets, and other details the customer may not know about. After two phone calls back to the store, we were informed there were different brackets we could use which would change the size of the blind. As well, we picked out a blind for privacy, then after ordering it, we noticed another blind that had holes in the slats. After questioning the sales person, she checked to see if we ordered the one we preferred. Then we had to ask what was the difference between the two. She was very knowledgeable, but didn’t guide us with the important information initially. Sometimes customers don’t know what to ask.
All in all, l would recommend this company. Just make sure you know exactly what you want and ask for recommendations.

From the time I visited the store and was assisted by the pleasant, thoughtful employee who helped me to choose just the right colour to the time the cautious installer visited our house to verify the measurements to the time he returned to install the blinds in an awkward spot above our kitchen sink I can assure you that I was more than satisfied by the service.
