Free repair service
We brought in a blind without a cord that had been dislodged by house painters. Not realizing this blind had been purchased from another company, the design consultant so informed us yet proceeded to do the repair without charge - we had been customers in 2024
for 2 smaller kitchen blinds. This was service beyond the call of duty for which we are thankful. Melissa Porter at the St. Laurent store in Ottawa deserves all the credit.

Great experience
The booking system was super easy and efficient to use. My design consultant Neha was lovely, working within my budget to find what I truly wanted in the home. My installation team (Moe) was great, friendly, communicative and quick.

I ordered a roller shade and it was crooked
I ordered a roller shade and once mounted noticed that it was crooked. Had to return it to the store to have it repaired. Picked up and re-instaled it. Everything is fine now. I am expecting financial compensation for all the troubles and cost of having to go back and forth to the store again.

The service was on time and the employees took the time to explain every asp ct of the new blinds
This company is doing very well with service they have offered to install the new blind and show us how to operate the system. Showed us all the tricks for proper use.

My overall experience with Blinds to Go St. Laurent from the sales person Hana, Fabien who came to measure to Bernard the installer was amazing. Installe was in and out in about 15-20 or less. Polite and courteous. Roller blinds look great.
