They were very friendly but not pushy. When there was a slight problem the store manager dealt with the confusion immediately. The installer was fantastic, friendly and not messy.

Great product, service needs work.
The blinds are great. Good quality and pretty easy to install. However, the customer service I experienced with the girl that was at the desk was not up to par. Lol and evidently they don’t actually read their reviews.

Great place, great blinds
Had a great experience! Ordered 12 roller blinds for my home with install. Delays with the product due to COVID as expected. Ordering was super easy, they came in and measured which was great! Jim is absolutely fabulous! He was super fast and efficient with the install. Everything lines up perfectly and looks fantastic. Couldn't be happier. Thank you!!

One of the strings on our blind broke. Blinds- to-go repaired the string and we were able to pick it up in three days. Great service.

Good quality and excellent staff
I really enjoyed the experience buying my blinds and sheer shades. the staff are very nice and helpful and their products look beautiful and of good quality. I did the measurements and the installation myself though because it was very straight forward and easy process.

Service in store was good. California blinds didn't fit easily - measurement didn't allow sufficent room for mounting brackets. Disappointed that you refused to trim existing blinds to fit new window because they were no longer carried?
