I’m a repeat customer of Blinds To Go, and once again the experience was excellent. I chose an in‑home consultation this time, which made the process incredibly convenient. The representative, Vienna, was professional, knowledgeable, and helped guide me through the options in a clear and easy way.

The installation was smooth and efficient, and the blinds look fantastic. Everything fits perfectly and the quality is exactly what I’ve come to expect from them.

Overall, the process was simple, the service was reliable, and the final result exceeded my expectations. This is why I continue to choose Blinds To Go and why I’m happy to recommend them to others.

I called in as a first time customer. I was told to measure the window and bring the measurements in. The agent in the store took over 1/2" off my measurements and ordered the blind.

When the installer came for the install, the blind wasn't wide enough in his opinion so he stopped and left with it.

The rude store manager/owner called me and blamed me for not taking better measurements. He didn't like when I confirmed his agent took the 1/2" off the measurements I provided. He said he would 'see what he could do', I never heard from him again, zero discount ever received.

Since I was matching blinds the owner of the house I rent, I had no choice but to spend another $200+ with this company to order the slightly wider version. I plan to pick up the original blind and measure it against what I ended up with to see how much of a difference there really is.

Please learn from my $500+ lesson to always take Blinds To Go up on their free onsite measurement service or to shop elsewhere.

As soon as we we walked through the door someone was there to help us. When we decided on what style we wanted she took the time to show us options and gave us an estimate on all of them. We didn't feel rushed to make a decision. We are very happy with the service that we received and quality of the blinds that we chose.

Vienna the Sales Rep was punctual and informative. Scott the installer was efficient and polite. When there was a small issue with the cord, Scott came right away to correct. Would highly recommend.

Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable. The blinds are very nice. The only thing is the fact that they don’t keep the light out from around the edges of the blinds due to the fact that they have to be mounted to the front of the window which seems to be due to the mounting for the remote control being flush to the window. But the product is very nice.

The blinds were 100% accurate to measure and great!

I came into Blinds To Go without knowing much about blinds and curtains. Nara helped me out with every step of the way giving me a ton of information about styles and recommendations. She took a lot of time and care to help me pick blinds that suited my needs and followed up on every step of the way.

When Jim came to install my blinds, he was extremely friendly and gave me a ton of tips on how to maintain my blinds. Would recommend blinds to go for anyone needing blinds or curtains!

From design consultation, measurement, material selection to installation, the entire process went very smooth and to our full satisfaction. Prices are highly competitive and material quality is very good compared to many other places we explored. Store space is kept very clean , organized and well stocked. Material selection became very easy as things were very well categorized and kept in sections. Design consultant Ravi and installer Jim did a fantastic job. Ravi was extremely courteous, patient, understanding and knowledgeable. He guided us at every step of the way and was very accommodating. Installation was a breeze all thanks to Jim who took care of everything. He takes pride in his work and it shows. He was very meticulous and careful in handling the material and kept the place clean. Very happy with their service and highly recommend the place!

Bought twice recently. Second time a DIY project. They assisted both during the purchase and with assistance during my installation. Excellent service all the way around !!

Sales person Ravindra Pal Singh was excellent in helping us to pick out our blinds and was very pleasant and patient with us.
