Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable. The blinds are very nice. The only thing is the fact that they don’t keep the light out from around the edges of the blinds due to the fact that they have to be mounted to the front of the window which seems to be due to the mounting for the remote control being flush to the window. But the product is very nice.

The blinds were 100% accurate to measure and great!

I came into Blinds To Go without knowing much about blinds and curtains. Nara helped me out with every step of the way giving me a ton of information about styles and recommendations. She took a lot of time and care to help me pick blinds that suited my needs and followed up on every step of the way.

When Jim came to install my blinds, he was extremely friendly and gave me a ton of tips on how to maintain my blinds. Would recommend blinds to go for anyone needing blinds or curtains!

From design consultation, measurement, material selection to installation, the entire process went very smooth and to our full satisfaction. Prices are highly competitive and material quality is very good compared to many other places we explored. Store space is kept very clean , organized and well stocked. Material selection became very easy as things were very well categorized and kept in sections. Design consultant Ravi and installer Jim did a fantastic job. Ravi was extremely courteous, patient, understanding and knowledgeable. He guided us at every step of the way and was very accommodating. Installation was a breeze all thanks to Jim who took care of everything. He takes pride in his work and it shows. He was very meticulous and careful in handling the material and kept the place clean. Very happy with their service and highly recommend the place!

Bought twice recently. Second time a DIY project. They assisted both during the purchase and with assistance during my installation. Excellent service all the way around !!

Everything seemed to go fine until I want to either put the blinds up or down. Clearly the measurements are not entirely correct for the type of blind I purchased. It's three pieces on a bay window and each piece hits the next.

Excellent, accurate on site pre-measuring and installation by a skilled, friendly, professional installer.

The results were just what we were hoping for.

When I buy a product or receive a service, I expect the transaction to be timely, the staff to be knowledgeable and delivery to be as promised. The transaction was all that and that is what customers should expect as a "meets expectations" rating (3 star) A 4- or 5-star rating is reserved for transactions that exceeded my expectations, so I turn your question back to you. What did you do that went above and beyond my expectations and should be the expectations of all customers. I await your feedback.
As I stated in my initial review product and service was as I expected nothing exceeded.

Although we were in the middle of a pandemic, the service was friendly and professional. Protocol was careful and I felt safe placing my order. My blinds are gorgeous. They have changed the entire way the light comes in my living space for the better. Mechanics are solid quality. I had one issue with a defective wand but one phone call and it was remedied within 2 days. No fault of the store, it was just a fluke in production. I will enjoy my blinds for many years to come. We purchased cellular blinds from Blinds To Go several years ago, and have been very happy with them. This year we replaced a couple of doors, and of course the glass panes were of slightly different sizes than on the previous doors. One call to Blinds To Go solved the issue: the sales person led me through the process for measuring the new glass, and because the store kept records of our previous purchase, we were able to match everything perfectly.
Blinds To Go provided consistently excellent service, and I highly recommend them.
