The blind we bought is fine, but the confusion caused by the people at the Scarsdale, NY store had us wondering if we were ever going to get it. Didn't tell us we had to confirm the order details twice - once when measured then again on-line. Then lost the confirm once we knew that and reminded us again days later. Gave us the wrong down payment info, which further delayed until we paid additional. In short, basically incompetent.

Both the removal of the rods and replacement were excellent. The measurements of the bedrooms blinds and replacements were excellent.

I placed my order for 2 shades and one shutters fir my bedroom on October 15. Guys came to measure Oct 21. They neglected to tell me that there would be a problem .Guy came to install Nov 17. Could not do it. Frame problem. Never knew what was happening. Finally someone told me I could not cancel the shutters, but someone would come Nov 25. Nope!!! So forget getting this done before Thanksgiving.
I am so furious with your company.
No help for the customer.

Our window blinds were too short and the door blinds were broken. We called but the response was slow. Still waiting for replacements.

The installation took about 5 minutes and cost over $100. 5 minutes work doesn't equate to $100.

I am a returning customer since about 1999 when you first came to Yonkers. This shopping experience was excellent. Sales person knew the products that matched our needs. Explained how to measure. Arrived exactly as expected and the product is perfect.

Oscar and his partner were professional, answered all my questions and even moved a curtain rod up an inch when I felt it was positioned to low. They took the time to explain how the remote and chargers works. Would want them to come back for any future work I order through Blinds R Us.

The quality of the actual shade
Is subpar relative how much I spent. Really disappointed .

The installer was great however was not HAPPY WITH THE STORE VIBES ON CENTRAL AVE. really not happy at all

I don't know anything about blinds ..... so when I walked into the store I was happily surprised to have Liylis, a very knowledgeable associate, ask me what I wanted and then made suggestions to suit my windows. It was a seemless experience from start to measuring to installation.

The person who installed the shades was very nice, but one of the two shades will not stay in place. I ease it up and it slides right back down. It is frustrating and I am disappointed, to say the least. It has been this way from the beginning. If there is a way to fix this myself, I would like to know. With COVID, we took a chance having someone come in to install the shades. I am not willing to do it again, at least not until the pandemic is over or a majority of New Yorkers have received one of the vaccines.

Communication between Blinds 2 go & us was good & frequent. The installation co. Was prompt & they helped navigate the rules of my building because of Covid. The total experience has been more than satisfactory

Blinds I ordered are beautiful. The sales person was so helpful and offered options that I did not now existed. As a result, got better blinds and saved money. He was very patient too, as I had a hard time making up my mind on the color.

I have used BTG for many years. The quality of their products and warranty is unmatched. They are my go company for window dressings.

2 stores and 2 months to get a $30 blind for a bathroom. Need I say more?

Expensive for what they are. Order was not in when email said come and get them.

The product quality is very good. However the measurer measured incorrectly and had to return a few weeks later with a new set of shutters. On another set of shutters one of the slats was damaged and needed to be replaced. On a third set of shutters there were 2 crosspieces missing. These both were set to be repaired 3 weeks ago after 3 trips to the store to check on status. We still wait and I’m not happy about having to make a 4th trip to the store (Voicemails are not answered).
