The installer was efficient professional and knew exactly what to do . He was very polite and I was very happy with his services.
The store response after placing my order was tardy. It took three calls to find out the status and why no word on date? Till one person (I think) Lisa who listened made the calls and then the link to schedule installation showed up! After that things went smoothly.

A Beautiful Home Transformation
Emily was the first one to come to my home and made the perfect choice and gave me advice on the drapes in living room and told me to keep them and get tie-backs which I did. It does look nice. My installer, Renaato, was wonderful and did such a great job. He was professional, neat and very efficient. My living room and kitchen blinds look beautiful. Thank you.

Overall I am happy with product and the installation. It looks beautiful. However, Blinds to go company policy of payment in full PRIOR to the product even being ordered or installed is in my experience highly unusual. When I questioned this policy the sales rep was a bit sharp. My spouse was a contractor for many years and was never paid in full until the job was completed. This policy should be revised to be more in line with industry standards.
