We understand how frustrating it is when one blind doesn’t fit properly especially when you’re already waiting for a replacement. On top of that, a missing valence and pull chains falling apart is definitely not acceptable, and we completely understand why you’d be disappointed.
Please know we’re on it. We’ve flagged these issues with our team, and replacements are being arranged for the blind, the missing valence, and the two pull chains. Someone from our team will be reaching out by Monday or Tuesday at the latest to confirm the details and make sure everything is corrected properly.
Thank you for your patience, and thank you for bringing this to our attention. We really appreciate the opportunity to make this right and we’re committed to getting it sorted for you.
The blinds are what I ordered
The blinds are what I ordered. Install so far was easy on most my windows. Except on one large window where the molding is approx 25 mm at the edge. Even the spacers they gave me are not enough. I will need to make my own I think. Other wise all good

Great staff and products
The staff person who served me was excellent: helped me choose the correct colour at the store on Guelph Line in Burlington, On. Not the first time I have used Blinds to go, and they maintain their record of excellent service and product. The blind fit perfectly and looks great!

Chain connections kept breaking
Chain connections kept breaking. Happened on two different blinds.
Opaque blinds difficulty in retraction. Blind weight seems too heavy for retraction mechanism.

I’m really sorry the chain connections kept breaking and that the opaque blinds were struggling to retract properly that’s definitely not how your blinds should behave, and I can totally understand how frustrating that must have been.
I’m glad we were able to work through it together and find a solution by switching the chains to a different one. After your service call appointment, the store will be reaching out with a time frame to get everything completed.

The Staff were great, product is good
The Staff were great, helped with all our decisions.
My only complaint was no instructions were sent with the hardware for the track and drapes. Once they were emailed, they were not clear, and only bc my husband is incredibly handy could he install them. Definitely not for a beginner.
