The service was very good
The service was very good, but the there are way too many texts and emails being sent out to clients… it is to the point where you start ignoring them as there is too much duplication in the communication. I am sure that you can keep your clients well informed and up to date with at least 40-50% fewer communications.

Great experience
While we were given a time range when our installer would arrive, our installer still called us to let us know he was on his way and would arrive in about 15 minutes. I thought that was great service. Our installer was polite and friendly and did a wonderful job installing our California shutters in two bathrooms. They are lovely and our experience was excellent from beginning to end. Thank you Blinds to Go and we will certainly be back soon, and will also recommend you to our friends.

We understand how frustrating it is when one blind doesn’t fit properly especially when you’re already waiting for a replacement. On top of that, a missing valence and pull chains falling apart is definitely not acceptable, and we completely understand why you’d be disappointed.
Please know we’re on it. We’ve flagged these issues with our team, and replacements are being arranged for the blind, the missing valence, and the two pull chains. Someone from our team will be reaching out by Monday or Tuesday at the latest to confirm the details and make sure everything is corrected properly.
Thank you for your patience, and thank you for bringing this to our attention. We really appreciate the opportunity to make this right and we’re committed to getting it sorted for you.
The blinds are what I ordered
The blinds are what I ordered. Install so far was easy on most my windows. Except on one large window where the molding is approx 25 mm at the edge. Even the spacers they gave me are not enough. I will need to make my own I think. Other wise all good

Great staff and products
The staff person who served me was excellent: helped me choose the correct colour at the store on Guelph Line in Burlington, On. Not the first time I have used Blinds to go, and they maintain their record of excellent service and product. The blind fit perfectly and looks great!
