Let's start off what I liked from my experience. When I bought the semi permanent purple hair dye, it was amazing!! It only took 30 minutes and then it showed very vibrant purple on my hair. I would recommend using their SEMI permanent hair dyes. Their permanent hair dyes though was a bad experience. It didn't even show the purple at all when I used the permanent hair dye. I would say I recommend semi permanent hair dyes(including darker hair that I especially have) but not the permanent hair dyes.

After using 'Schwarzkopf Live Shocking Pink' hair dye and having terrible results we tried 'Bleach London Vivid Pink' instead.

The results are 10 times better. Much more coverage, great value, more vibrant etc.

The bottle is a lot harder to get the dye out of than the squeezy tube but cutting it open with a stanley blade solved that problem.

After waiting 2 weeks we tried 'No Bleach London Vivid Pink' and what a load of rubbish that stuff is.

Her hair was already bleached bright and semi permanent dyed so was pretty pink to start with and this permanent dye somehow made it look even worse! How can a pink hair dye make pink hair look less pink!? Her hair is now very dry and feels like straw, fuzzy, lots of it falling out, and looks dull and lifeless.

Its labelled as 'No Bleach' but it contains hydrogen peroxide so thats a load of BS too.

I ordered shampoo & Conditioner and spent £44 odd & have not received any of it. I have emailed them twice and I know they have got my emails as it sent me a message saying that they were in their inbox and guess what no one has emailed me back. I am going to send another email and then tomorrow I am going to phone their head office

Bought the no bleach London in vivid pink and I'm rather disappointed. Says no bleach but it's burnt my head like bleach and made my hair feel horrible! Had to apply sooooo much hair oil to get a brush though It. The colour is okay but nothing like the pictures. I will definitely not use them again.

I used Bleach London Permanent Hair Colour – Vivid Berry (Shade V77) exactly as instructed on my naturally dark hair, as shown in the brand’s own shade guide. After application, there was no visible colour result. My hair looks essentially the same as before.

The packaging and shade chart strongly suggest that berry/pink tones will show on dark hair without bleach, which was not my experience at all. This is very misleading, and the product did not perform as advertised.

I would not recommend this shade for anyone with dark hair.

The website had a glitch and placed my order twice within 20 seconds - emailed customer service immediately, who responded they would get back within 48 hours but have ignored me for 5 days now, instead choosing to charge and ship both orders.

Customer service is awful- I had a huge disastrous issue with one of their box dyes despite following the instructions to a t. No response via email or dm when asking for advice

I recently purchased hair color by Bleach London. I bought the Bruised Violet color in Semi-Permanent. I truly enjoy this product for a few reasons. First of all the color has lasted, and truly looked as it did on the package. Second, there was no disagreeable odor. The scent is very mild. I appreciated that the color did not stain my scalp I had to color my hair right before an event, and there were no embarrassing or awkward patches on my scalp. It mostly washed off when I rinsed the product out after dyeing. Most impressively, my hair felt wonderful after it felt thick and full, not stripped and dry.

very bad , i always see a lot of "bankai" clips, but they never show the actual move, what the frick is wrong with you people, how could you possibly like something as weird as this. stay weird

Worse hair colour in a box I have ever used. Last a maximum of 2 washes and makes hair so dry I had to have 2 inches of hair cut off. Made my eyes sting, never had that before and I’ve been using box dyes for years. Going back to my old product.

I bought bleach london rose and gibby pink followed by a mask and did not coloured my hair at all even though my hair was bleached.

After using the semis and the copper toner for so long I was pleased to hear they had brought out a range of permanent vegan friendly colours . I opted for natural copper strand test all good and so was skin test , did per root application instructions and wow what a beautiful colour really happy and would highly recommend

In addition to this there was a difference in bunches of smoky pink -one was amazing the other one was almost transparent

They discontinue odd fuchsia as well as smoky pink limiting the available options. However the product is still marked as "out of stock

I was waiting for 1 hour outside whilst it was very cold and when I was finally allowed inside they made very rude comments on my hair and then refused to do it I am very dissatisfied as this is my go to hair salon I was hoping to come by any time I wanted to do my hair however I will no longer be coming to this place and I advise you not to come to this location

Do not recommend the no bleach I used it and it’s made my hair fall out in clumps my hair has gone really think and strawy it’s ruined my hair

Fab company that actually cares about their customers. Their products are great - I’ve used toners, conditioners and semi permanent hair colours, never been disappointed.

Colour over bleached money pieces came out brilliantly, but didn’t cover grey hairs 😖 think you need to look over your formulation again because grey hair and a level 10 are the same are they not? I.e they have no pigment. I had a little bit of regrowth from my last colour and just wanted to touch up the colour again. Let’s just hope no one else notices

Toner..shampoo and separate conditioner all Rose colour are fabulous.
But I truly hate the design of your bottles with screw caps. ..in shower.
The contents so thick had to add water and squeezing these round bottles truly does not work ..please make easy to use bottles ..as I live the results.Thank you
