I used emerald green dye and I loved results. It is important to remember, that such artificial tones won't bring the same expariance as natural ones and it won't be truly permanent even with those which say so. This tone did stain till first 3 washes and colour bled for those same 3-4 washes. The emerald tone itself after initial 3 washes changed to more torqouise blue/green, but I still loved this tone since it looked vibrant and without touch ups for more than a month looked great, while with other hair dyes the wash out tone and look is not visually pleasing and also changes fast. Process was really easy and colour smelled so good comparing to all the past expariances with many different brands over about 7 y. Depending on how long are your hair, how much you want to dye and is it a first time or a touch up, one package can be used for multiple times .

Didn’t do anything, just a waste tbh

The color of the item was very faint, yet the odor it carried was extremely strong. Despite washing it four times and soaking it in baking soda for two hours, the unpleasant smell persisted. the color also almost compleatly washed out after 2 of the 4 washes ( i did my hair 1 day ago) left my hair damaged and dry asf

I used the Arctic fox wrath. Color is very beautiful however no grey coverage whatsoever … NONE .. Very disappointed.

I used their hair dye for years and though I have a very dark hair color, it cover white hair for around two months and doesn't damage my hair AT ALL. Highly recommended as a product, I don't focus on the company itself since it was driving some controversy which I honestly don't care about, but their products are legit.

Sadly disappointed, the formula isn't good and doesn't stay on hair.

They stole my money. I paid, and got nothing. They say it got lost and is not their problem because I didn't pay extra. This is stupid, they can't choose not to provide a product that I paid for because of something they made up to get extra money. They are thieves.

Honestly, if I could give a 0 star I would. I used Transylvania and it made me legitimately consider shaving my head.
It stained EVERYTHING in my shower. Oh and my entire body. I have washed my hair several times and every morning I have to scrub my neck and my face from wherever my hair touched my skin while I was sleeping. My skin is raw and dry from having to scrub it every day of my life. I have been dying my hair for over a decade and this is 100% the worst hair dye I have ever used in my life. Do not use this unless you enjoy being stained blue/black indefinitely.

Extremely Disappointed – Poor Service and No Accountability

I’ve been a long-time user of this hair dye brand, always purchasing through third-party retailers with no issues. This time, I decided to support the brand directly through their website—and I regret it completely.

I placed an order for 2 bottles of Purple AF on April 22nd. Over a month later, the order still hadn’t arrived. I reached out to their team after patiently waiting and was met with vague responses, no ownership, and emails that were never signed by a named representative—which felt dismissive and unprofessional.

Eventually, after multiple follow-ups that I had to initiate, a replacement was sent—but only after more confusion and an incorrect invoice. When it finally arrived, I received exactly what I had paid for, nothing more—despite them claiming in later emails that an extra bottle was being sent “as a gesture of goodwill.” That never happened.

I asked for a full refund due to the incredibly poor experience—delayed delivery, no proactive communication, multiple errors, and a lack of basic courtesy. Instead, they offered a discount code (forcing me to spend more) and repeatedly avoided addressing the issue directly. Even after escalating, they still refused a refund and continued to reply without signing their names.

This was not just a delay—it was an exercise in how not to treat a loyal customer. If this is how they handle direct orders, I will never shop directly through their website again—and I strongly urge others to stick to reliable third-party platforms until the brand improves its customer service and accountability.

Update: After posting this review, the company has completely stopped responding to my emails. They never sent the extra item they claimed and refused to issue the full refund I requested—even after all the delays and mishandling. This just confirms that once they’re publicly exposed, they go silent instead of taking accountability. I strongly advise others to order through trusted third-party sellers instead of directly.

I used the caitlyn arcane color, it was beautiful at first lovely vibrant and identical to what i was looking for lasted a week or so that was fine with me the only issue is now my hair is stained with an ugly green teal neon blue mixture with blonde stripes that didnt stain for whatever reason. Ive tried so many methods I tried vitamin C tabletes I tried baking soda and dish soap i even bought a color remover which ive succesfully used in the past and it barely lifted anything. I assume it stained because its blue, my friend used the pink and it didnt stain. Just upset because this color is hideous and i cant do anything about it, i’ll probably have to bleach it, dye over or pray it fades with multiple washes.

I have used various hair colours over 25 years of using bright colours, and, for me, this is the best.
I mainly use Purple AF, over bleached hair. It lasts better than any other dye, I love the colour and it stays well. If I do want to ramp it up a bit, I’ll use a little as a conditioner as it also leaves my hair lovely and silky, with a lovely aroma.
It also doesn’t stain the skin, so I don’t wake in the morning with a purple forehead or cheeks from leaning on my hair!
The new squeezable metal tubes are an improvement on the single-use and difficult to empty plastic bottles. The negative is that the large size is about a third smaller than before, but costs the same!
Negatives- it’s expensive, especially ordering from the UK and paying postage. The reward scheme is awful, it’s not usable with other promotions, so if you don’t notice you’ll end up paying more than everyone else! It also means that if you are order enough to qualify for free postage, it will be removed when you add the voucher.
All in all, It’s my go-to colour, but I wait for promotions to buy in larger quantities, and don’t use the rewards.

Ordered 4 different colours, 3 bold, 1 silver. NOT ONE OF THEM STAYED ON. Followed all the instructions even to the point of leaving it on overnight. Not worth the money and even if you do have issues they won't do anything

Since the European shop is out the whole website is broken. The prices increased drastically and many products are not available anymore.

Very bad

This company has zero loyalty towards their long-standing customers. So make sure that you cross every T and dot every I when ordering their product because they don't care about the fact that you've been loyal to them. All you'll get back is them quoting their rules and zero understanding to your problem. Any other company would have worked with you to get the problem resolved. Not just basically say sorry, not sorry.

Every time different color

Every time I bleach my hair the SAME way, and put the SAME color on the hair. And EVERY DAME TIME the color sets differently. I don't like that I pay money and after 2 showers the color fades so easily that it looks like no color was used. Terrible quality of the color pigment.

Well I ordered bleach please & it took so long for it to ship I bought it from Sally's & had it in 1 hour. So when I finally got theirs I asked if I could return it. They said sure but you pay the shipping. Well in their advertising they make it sound like they pay for returns or deduct it when they get it like most companies. So I left it like it was taped it up & mailed it for 14.69,yes 14.69. It was 27.something with shipping. So a little over a week later they gave me a refund of 19.99. I just want people to know make sure you have exactly what you want because that return won't be worth returning or exchanging. It will be like paying for your item twice. I'm at IGK color & they don't charge you for a return plus the colors are good.

If your favorite activity is scrubbing disgusting, cheap dye out of your bathtub for hours this is the product for you! And after reading more reviews i expect my hair to turn an equally unsavory green. Will never try other dye colors from this conpany again
