Top-notch customer service
Had the best customer service experience in London at Blanc Chelsea a week ago: I have just moved from New York. Used them for alterations on a few pants, shirts and jackets. Crystel was an absolute pleasure to deal with: positive, high-energy, knowledgable and professional. She should teach a lesson on customer service to London businesses. They did an amazing job with the alterations, and, finished them way ahead of schedule. My wife has used this store for dry-cleaning, and she is impressed with the quality as well. Needless to say, I will be back for any alterations in the future. Thank you.

Joseph is a genius
Joseph is a genius! He did the wedding dress alterations for my dress and it only required one fitting. The dress is perfect, but he somehow improved upon that perfection with his attention to detail. Would use his service again anytime and can’t recommend enough.

Intricate wedding dress alterations
Excellent service for wedding dress alterations (very intricate and difficult request) plus dry cleaning. I’ve used the service since and highly recommend the company. Joseph is fantastic and brilliant at what he does, I knew I could trust him with all my alterations in future.

Excellent service and workmanship
Excellent service and workmanship. I brought a new jacket here that needed altering at the shoulder and on the sleeve seams. Cristel took a lot of time and care to mark the jacket just right for the alterations. She knew exactly what needed to be done. Viktoria, who takes customer orders, is a very pleasant and nice person. Plus, my jacket was completed five days before I was told I would get it. All in all, a very good place to go for mending and alterations on clothing.

Do not use this dry cleaner. They are terrible and have awful customer service. If you notice the positive reviews are all about Joseph who is an excellent tailor and is unfortunately affiliated with this terrible company. He deserves so much better and so do your clothes.

BLANC South Kensington is the local branch I always go to and have always had a wonderful time with a personal touch. Joseph was very attentive when I came in for my dress tailoring, he was honest and made sure my dress was actually done right. The ladies at the reception desk were also so cheerful, friendly, and helpful. I would recommend everyone to go to the store for a professional and honest experience worth your money.
