Great Experience with Blanc Chelsea
Overall a great experience withe the Blanc Team in Chelsea! Crystel is a great designer sharpening up/fitting a couple of suits. The team did everything possible to accommodate my logistical challenges. The feeling of putting on a washed suit versus chemically dry cleaned was amazing. Highly recommended all around!

A genius with a needle and thread!
Joseph is a genius with a needle and thread! He altered my wedding dress for The Mews Bridal, and did an incredible job. I was quite nervous about my first fitting, but Joseph was a complete professional and knew exactly what to do. He will tell you his honest opinion and tell you exactly what the dress needs. After he had his way with the dress, it was perfect! Wouldn’t change a thing, I’m so happy and excited to wear it. Thank you Joseph!

Wedding dress clean, repairs and alterations.
I bought my wedding dress from a sample sale at Mews bridal. I was worried as it has clearly been tried on a lot. It was bit grubby with quite a lot of flaws (pulls and loose stitches etc). Mews Bridal suggested I go to Blanc for cleaning and ask for their head tailor Joseph to do the repairs and alterations. I’m delighted with how my dress came out. The dress looks perfect. Crystel clearly worked very hard on my dress. They did so many repairs and fixed all the tiny pulls and snags as well as hemming the bottom and adding a wrist loop and French bustle. Joseph has been very quick to reply when ever I had any questions. Thank you for all the care you put into my dress. I can’t wait to wear it next month.

Great attention to detail
Joseph did the alterations for my wedding dress. It needed quite a lot of adjustment as I had lost quite a bit of weight from when the dress was ordered a year prior. He has a good eye for spotting where adjustments are required. In my case, they were needed in several places and it ended up fitting perfectly. I was nervous he might not understand quite how I wanted it to sit at the waist, but he really listened and got it exactly right. Thank you Joseph!

Prom dress hemmed exceptionally
Exceptional tailoring service! I had to get my dress hemmed in a hurry for prom and the experience was outstanding, the dress was ready only a few hours after I dropped it!
Joseph, the tailor at Blanc, truly showcased his expertise and attention to details on the dress and fabric. Other from the impeccable hemming job, communication with Joseph was great, very friendly and professional.
The overall experience at Blanc Dry Cleaners was top-notch. The establishment itself was clean, well-organized, and elegant.
I highly recommend Blanc Dry Cleaners and specifically tailor Joseph to anyone in search of a first-class tailoring service in London.

App doesn’t work
Good at cleaning and mending but sadly the app is useless and customer service only available 10-4 in the week when most people are at work. The email through the app isn’t monitored so never a reply from that. They still have a bedspread of mine which I’ve twice called about and it’s never turned up.

Fantastic tailoring!
Joseph did an amazing job adjusting my wedding dress! The body needed shortening and taking in with the length adjusted too. All was done to perfection including adjusting the boning and dealing with a mesh back.

I brought in a wedding gown for alterations, and I was very well received. Joseph spotted immediately the places where the gown needed modifications, and he explained the reasoning for them.
I am very pleased with how the gown is turning out, just had my last fitting today and the dress fits beautifully!
Given all the delicate work, attention to detail and impeccable stitching, I really recommend Blanc and Joseph!

Milla Nova Wedding Dress
I brought Joe my wedding dress in March to be altered for a June wedding. The dress was a gorgeous Milla Nova dress that had a tight corset top. When I tried on the dress the first time with Joe it was clear that I had lost of lot of weight and the dress needed to be altered significantly. He was perfect, together we made a plan on how much more weight i could lose, timeline for the dress and how he was going to make it look the best on me. He did a fantastic job. Furthermore, I needed to travel to Italy with the dress therefore he advised me on how travel with the bag (packing it correctly for BA) and what to do when i reach Italy. Highly recommend Joe as his treatment of brides is top level.
