Old Tyres Neve Again
Subject: Feedback on Recent Tire Purchase
Hi Maureen,
Please don't feel the need to reply to this message, as I've already contacted you via email. Thank you for your understanding.
I recently purchased tires from Blackcircles, but unfortunately, I received old tires. While they claimed the tires were fresh and vacuum-sealed, I was skeptical upon seeing the dirty and dusty tires in the garage. It's reasonable to assume these tires were not stored safely, wouldn't you agree? Perhaps you need to clear out your storage, which may explain the discounts you're offering. However, it would be helpful for customers to be informed about the age of the tires they are purchasing—many people prefer not to receive old tires. Safety is a priority for me, and I wouldn't mind paying extra for newer options.
I simply wanted clarification on why the company doesn't inform customers about the manufacturer's production date, as there is no mention of it on the website when selecting tires. Tires begin to harden approximately five years after their production date, and this can lead to various issues depending on the region.
Ultimately, it was just a question, but it's clear that they are unwilling to acknowledge my concerns about the date. As I mentioned in my emails, I will no longer be a customer.
Goodbye.
